Close your eyes and breathe naturally.

Take a deep breath in and let it out.

Another comfortable breath in and let it out.

Another breath feeling it with the greatest of ease in through your nose and out through your mouth.

And now with intention,

Relax your head.

Relax your eyes and your face and mouth.

Smile a gentle smile and feel all the tension drain from your face.

Move your attention to your neck.

Relax your neck and feel calm and safe.

As this feeling of relaxation,

This familiar tingling moves down through your shoulders,

Feel them drop down,

Drooping in relaxation.

Notice your chest relaxing and your stomach relaxing and you feel this warm sensation running all the way through your body.

Now it extends down through your legs,

Down the back of your calves and the front shins,

Down through your feet and toes.

And now you're in a state of total relaxation,

Tranquility,

Calmness,

Safeness,

Serenity.

So now I want you to relax and reflect on your day from the time you woke until this moment.

Tack back like as if it was a film you were watching with you as the main character.

Experience the day again fully,

Taking in all the experiences and circumstances,

How you lived this life today.

Be grateful for the gift of what today brought,

The opportunities,

The challenges,

The breakthroughs,

The achievements,

The whole experience.

Realize the blessing that was today and be grateful.

Spend the next two minutes in this quiet place that is within you and relive this beautiful day.

So slowly then when you feel ready,

Begin to open your eyes,

Move a little,

Stretch.

Love this end of day—actually, at any time late in the day that calls for a reset. Just returned from a long day’s tour on holiday. Feet tired, I’m tired, decided to try this. Got to the hotel and *bingo* rested, recovered, breathing easy. Lovely. Namaste from Zurich. ❤️
