Welcome everybody to this self-love practice I want to invite you to close your eyes,

Sit down,

Relax Let go of the tension in your shoulders,

In your jaw,

Your eyes,

Your back I want to invite you to take some deep breaths On the belly,

All the way up to the head and sigh it out loud Releasing some more tension that's left One more time,

Last one Beautiful I want to now invite you to put a beautiful smile on your face This is a self-love practice And we're gonna begin giving ourselves some beautiful love by saying to ourselves this affirmation I am loved Loved I am loved I am supported I am supported I am beautiful I am beautiful I am good enough I love myself I love every part of me I fully embrace who I am I am full of joy Let these sentences,

This affirmation sink in within yourself By putting one hand on the belly and one hand on the heart Feeling the expansion,

Feeling the beauty,

Feeling whole,

Feeling filled up with love Smiling from within,

From your soul,

Being at peace with who you are Relaxing even more,

Feeling really one with yourself,

Your body,

Your bones,

Your soul It's all perfectly beautiful here You can repeat the affirmation if you want At the same time I want you to start putting your hands on your feet Start massaging your body from the feet Starting slowly,

Massaging,

Giving love And then with every touch put your intention in there The intention of loving yourself,

Being grateful for who you are right here,

Right now Start massaging nice,

Gently Some areas that you rarely touch of yourself Moving up to the ankles,

The shin,

The calves,

The knees Being grateful for being able to move And giving your body a nice touch,

A nice beautiful touch Moving up to the thighs,

The back of the thighs,

Nice massage How often do you stop during your day to give yourself a nice massage?

While doing this you can think of the affirmation I love myself,

I am good enough,

I am beautiful,

I forgive myself And keep moving to the belly,

The back of the spine,

The butt,

The buttocks All these areas,

Just flow,

Flow with this massage Without a restriction,

Just go where you want to go Giving yourself the love it deserves,

The love your body needs and your soul Isn't it beautiful to feel this beautiful touch by yourself?

It can just be a touch,

It can just be your hand moving around your body Giving heat to areas of your body that are kind of like left behind,

You know Beautiful,

And when you're done I want you to put your hands on your heart Take some deep breath,

Breathing in so much love for yourself Letting go,

Breathing in again,

Love One more time,

I accept myself I want you to see a big smile on your face,

Fantastic You can then gently open your eyes to look at your beautiful body And appreciate it for how it is,

For who you are So much beauty in you,

So much beauty Thank you for listening,

I send you so much love from my heart to yours Enjoy this moment
