Welcome to this short guided meditation for better sleep.

I like to start by finding a good sitting position Or laying down on your bed taking some deep breaths from the belly slowing down Your breathing Relaxing your body feeling the weight of your body on your pillow on your bed Or on your chair Closing your eyes Whenever you're ready Extending your breath and releasing the tension on each exhale More and more letting go what doesn't serve you anymore Now I'm gonna count from 10 To 1 and with each number you're gonna feel more relaxed and you're gonna let go more and more Every time I'm gonna start now 10 feeling heavier letting go extending the breaths 9 some thoughts are gone Becoming more centered 8 keeping on feeling heavier Enjoying the stillness Some more thoughts go 7 you're feeling relaxed At peace you're enjoying it 6 no more anxiety No more stress Nothing to do just relaxing even more into sleep 5 letting go some of the tension in the shoulders the hands the jaw the eyes 4 your body feels very heavy now You're starting to embrace yourself the stillness and the peace 3 your breath become long and soft relaxed no more tension in your body 2 you're almost there and you're so relaxed so at peace Just you and your breath and one last step Feeling completely at peace Fully relaxed with no more stress or anxiety just yourself here and now I want you to feel your body and see how relaxed you can be And feel the beauty of this present moment right here right now Just enjoying You're so relaxed So at peace Your breath are long Your body is heavy Good night,
