This introduction to the Soul Star is also helpful for anyone who wishes to learn more about this powerful Chakra, which is about 6-12 inches above the head. Please be sure to listen to this at least once before listening to the other Soul Star Meditation(s). More about the Soul Star: This is a universal energy centre that is present amongst all Human beings. It sits about 6-12 inches above the head, and when activated begins to bless you with the power and light of your own Soul & Higher Self / Spirit. You Spirit is already whole, complete and healed. By activating the Soul Star, you can begin to tap into this reservoir of healing, insight, wisdom, love and power.
