Nature Inspired Somatic Meditation for expansion and inner stillness. Sit or lie comfortably indoors or outside on a blanket. This journey focuses on your process of breathing, guiding you internally to presence and breathe with your cells inside your body. "Cells Breathing" offers a slowing-down of time, supporting you to relax and connect deeply with your internal environment whilst in relationship with your external enviroment.

Transcript

Sitting comfortably somewhere in nature or somewhere where you can see nature or even just closing your eyes,

Imagining somewhere that you love,

Somewhere beautiful in nature breathing in your environment,

Breathing in the fresh air the leaves,

The grass,

The sunlight,

The rain moisture and the next breath lying by you to notice where the air,

The oxygen molecules enter your body through your nose,

Maybe your left,

Maybe your right nostril,

Through the cave your mouth,

Your lips follow your breath inwards into your body,

Oxygen enters and moves down through your trachea into the environment of your lungs,

Into your alveoli through the branches and bunches of these small red-like structures branching out passageways to transport this fresh oxygen to meet your cells they can pillory that oxygen in carbon dioxide dancing exchange as time stands still this diffusion of currents overlaps like an ocean wave meeting a shore where both motion and stillness,

Rest and activity take place all at the same time here is a place of refuge and renewal,

Feel calm within the storm breathing here is alchemical transformation of life,

Giving breath imagine you are breathing right here at the point of oxygen and carbon dioxide exchange filling your cells with oxygenated blood retuning to the movements of your blood,

Carrying this fresh oxygen throughout your whole body every cell breathing,

Every cell renewing,

Every cell active,

Magnificent and alive each breath inviting your presence to sink into this deep place of internal cellular respiration now time to suspend and extend within each breath now feel your fresh blood carrying the carbon dioxide back out of your body and out into the environment in which you are sitting the trees around you absorb this nutrient rich exhalation through their leaves and your exhale travels all the way to the phytoplankton in the ocean who breathe you in for their own survival and release the oxygen back out that supplies you and all Earth's humans chilling,

Sensing,

Connecting your external respiratory exchange with tree and with sea plant each breath of yours,

Connecting your internal biology with the outside environment you are one and the same,

You reside in nature and nature resides in you a living planet moves inside of you and you are half inside our new planet each breath,

Every breath is connection with biodiversity of life and you are bringing it into the oneness of life remember how important you are to know this and allow it to pass now tell you are breathing within and without internal,

External,

Body,

Planet each breath,

Receive,

Return each breath,

Receive,
