People together to make the world better, And in every issue you you Turn and place your belly to earth cheek pressed to dirt Exhale smell the rich soil as you breathe in Exhale Greet the earth with your center softening your belly yield into the membrane of the planet Invite the sensation of yielding to radiate through your entire body meeting the earth with your skin your outer membrane to yield is to meet and to be met Imagine the roundness of earth allowing your own bodies curves to embrace her Can you sense the pull of gravity of earth's core below the surface? Draw you like a magnet inwards and downwards Who are you in response to earth's touch? How are you moved by her momentum? Who are you in response to earth's touch? How are you moved by her momentum? Move your body in response to earth's touch and listen deeply to her nuances her desires as you yield to her touch meeting you holding you informing you shift your focus from your skin to your organs your weighted bloodful contents allow your organs to meet the earth to roll reach stretch bend and push as you massage your organs upon the earth inviting the connection with fertile ground to nourish and enrich your organ energy with support of earth rise to sitting kneeling or vertical remembering the magnetic support of earth as you're shifting weight moves your body explore your body moving in earth's atmosphere yielding to the space around you it's time now to give over to gravity return to embrace the ground breathing together yielding together meeting one another and rest so
