Feel your body supported by the surface beneath you,
Holding you up right now.
Take a quick scan of your body,
And notice any tension you've been holding in your jaw,
Shoulders,
Chest,
Abdomen,
Pelvic area.
And with your next exhale,
Allow any tension to gently release whatever is ready to be released at this time,
Right now.
Imagine a warm,
Golden light above you.
With each inhale,
This light flows into your body,
Soothing and energizing you.
With each exhale,
Release the heaviness you've been carrying.
Do this a couple of times.
With each inhale,
Allow this light to flow into your body,
And with each exhale,
Allow any tension,
Weight,
Heaviness to just release.
Say to yourself,
I honor my boundaries.
Rest is productive.
I am worthy of balance and ease.
Take one more deep breath,
Allowing this light to fill you completely.
And a full exhale.
