This journey today will be a gentle journey floating down the healing river.
Along the way you will hear beautiful sounds,
Whistling,
Birds,
Chimes,
Some guitar strumming,
Gentle waves,
Happy drumming.
So go ahead and start to settle in for the journey ahead.
Cover yourself up as your body temperature may drop and prepare to let your mind's eye be the entertainment.
I will be speaking to you throughout this journey along with giving you some space to have your own experience.
My voice will not startle you.
It will only encourage you to go deeper into your meditations.
If you'd like to set an intention for this journey,
Go ahead and do so now.
This is an immersive soundscape and as you drift in this gentle water current,
You're going to heal your body,
Your mind,
And your energy will lift.
Go deeper into meditation now,
Feeling your whole body relax.
Take a big expansive deep breath in and release any energy that you'd like to let go of now.
As you continue to drift down this healing river,
Asking your body if there's anything it'd like you to know.
Taking a moment now to heal anything that needs to be healed within your body,
Allowing the waves to rinse any energy that is no longer necessary.
Taking a moment to ask anything that needs to be strengthened,
Be strengthened now.
Taking a moment to connect with your emotional body now.
Is there anything that would like to be healed and rinsed away?
Trust that the water will do this for you effortlessly and easily.
Go ahead and see any emotional stress being rinsed away by the water.
And taking one more assessment,
And this time it's your mental faculty's assessment.
Imagining your brain being rinsed clean and fully restored to 100% power now.
Connecting back with your intention that you set.
What would your higher self have you know?
Trusting any impressions that you may receive now,
And knowing that when you wake back up,
You will remember them.

Now we have made it to the new sunshiny day.
The clouds have cleared,
Your body and your mind are healed,
And you are more connected with yourself.
You feel the peace that you have achieved.
Your battery is at 100% capacity.
You are rejuvenated and ready to take on your day.

The boat is nearing the shore,
Starting to become aware of the room that you're in.
I'm going to start at five,
And when I get to one,
You will be fully awake and ready to take on your day.
Five,
Wiggling your fingers and your toes,
Slowly bringing energy back within your physical body.
Four,
Lengthening your inhales and your exhales.
Three,
Beginning to stretch,
Move your arms,
Move your legs.
Two,
Bringing more energy within your body now,
And one,
Eyes open,
Fully awake,
Ready to take on your day.
