Golden Healing Heart Coherence- Extended Version
This track is an extended version of "Golden Healing Heart Coherence" also available on Insight Timer. I created this far slower track for those wishing a slower journey through the visualizations that it includes. I consider this a slightly more "advanced" meditation track due to the need for a stronger level of concentration to deeply enjoy the slower pace. This track is intended for a close-eyed session where you can safely go within. It will guide you to land in your body, then to bring healing golden light all throughout. From there the heart is guided to expand through a process inspired by creating Coherence from the Heart Math Institute. It closes with the opportunity to see yourself in the image of healing.
