Golden Healing Heart Coherence

This track is inspired by the November golden evening light in the Napa Valley where I call home. Intended for a close-eyed session where you an safely go within, this will guide you to bring healing golden light into your entire body. From there the heart is guided to expand through a process inspired by creating Coherence from the heart math institute. It closes with the opportunity to see yourself in the image of healing you desire to create in your body, your relationships, and in life.
