Take a nice deep breath of love and gratitude.

So grateful to recognize the One Life,

The energy,

The source,

The presence,

Back of all things that is pure abundance,

Pure life energy,

The source and substance of the entire universe.

Knowing that this life,

This energy,

This presence,

This power for good in the universe is all that there is,

That there is only one thing happening,

One divine activity in my life right here and now.

I know that I am one with this abundance,

That I am fully sourced and supported by this loving friendly universe.

So it was from this place of oneness that I speak this word for myself and for everyone who is hearing the sound of my voice right here and right now,

Knowing that I am pure abundance,

That I am open to the flow,

Open and receptive to receive all the good that is pouring forth in as and through my life right now.

I know that I am deeply and fully supported.

I know that my energy is grounded and sourced from the divine.

I know that I am able to move forward throughout my day with ease,

With peace,

With poise,

Perfectly centered and grounded,

Standing in my truth and in my power.

So I just take this moment just to release and let go of any old patterns of lack or limitation,

Any old ways of being that no longer serve,

Any old stories of not being supported or not having enough or being enough.

But I know that this is simply not true.

So these old patterns just dissolve back to the nothingness from which they came as I align right here and right now with the truth,

With the wholeness of my being that I am one with this pure abundance,

One with this pure energy of life.

And therefore it is with ease that all of my needs and desires are met.

It is with ease that I am fully sourced and resourced and supplied with all that I desire to do,

Be and become in my life.

Truly knowing that I can have it all because I am it all.

I am one with all of life.

So I'm just so grateful to know this truth,

So grateful to feel the sense of grounded support,

So grateful to know that I am one with pure abundance.

So for great gratitude,

With great gratitude for all that has been spoken,

With great gratitude for the manifestation of this word right here and right now,

I release this into the law that says,

Yes,

It is done,

It is so,

And I let it be so.

And so it is.

I love this meditation it was just the boost I needed right when I thought things were going negatively I was reminded that everything in this earth is on my side and I just only need to let go and allow all that is good in the universe for me today .
