This is a composition in five movements,
One for each of the steps in a practical prayer.
I'll introduce each of the steps individually.
Have a personal affirmation ready.
It should be positive,
Powerful,
Personal,
And in the present tense.
After I introduce each movement,
Also in the first person,
I invite you to settle into the power,
The tone,
The timbre,
And the texture of the quality of which I speak.
Let's begin.
There is one.
One power.
One presence.
One infinite intelligence.
One creative source of everything.
This one has created every moment,
Every situation,
Every activity,
And every person.
I now open myself to the awareness of the one.

I now open myself to the awareness of the one.
That same power and presence that creates everything,
That has created everything,
And continues to create everything,
Has created me,
And continues to create my life.
I am part of this infinite creative process.
I am an expression of the Creator.
Knowing that this infinite power and presence is within me,
I claim my good.
I release my affirmation into the same creative law that has said yes since the very beginning of time.
I now let loose my intention and affirmation to the law.

I feel deep gratitude,
Deep gratitude for the new experience that is even now on its way into my life.
I give thanks for my awareness of the creative law and my ability to use it.
