Connect with your True nature as a living, breathing, thinking, feeling part of God. Turn inward to more deeply experience connection with the Infinite.

Practical prayer uses a formula proven effective in most of the world's religions. This prayer is spoken in the first person. As you listen, you're invited to accept the words for yourself, also in the first person. If you are able, get a mental picture of what it will be like when the intention spoken in the prayer is present in your life.

This is a practical prayer knowing and feeling a deep connection to God. I'll speak the words in the first person and I invite you to take them for yourself, Also in the first person. There is only God. In the beginning, Before there was anything, There was God. With infinite power and creative inspiration, God shared its energy and substance and brought all that we experience into being. Everything in the universe is the creation of God. Everything that exists is a divine expression of God's good. As a participant in this universe, I too must be the divine expression of God's good. I feel it. I connect with my true nature as a living, Breathing, Thinking, Feeling part of God. I am aware that God is all around me and that God is within me. Turning inward, I easily experience my connection with the infinite. I relax into the awareness that I am one with God. I am grateful to know this. I'm grateful to feel this. Most importantly, I am grateful to be this loving, Intelligent, And balanced participant in God's creation. Knowing that this is true and knowing that my awareness of my connection with God deepens and strengthens every time the thought crosses my mind, I release this creative word to the Law, And I know that it is so. And so it is. Amen.
