Welcome.
I'm so glad you're here.
Before we begin,
Take a moment to arrive exactly as you are.
There's nothing you need to change,
Nothing you need to fix.
Let your body settle into whatever position feels most comfortable for you.
Allow yourself to be supported.
If it feels safe,
Gently close your eyes or soften your gaze.
Take a slow breath in through your nose and a gentle breath out through your mouth.
Again,
Breathing in and slowly breathing out.
For the next few minutes,
You don't need to hold everything together.
You don't need to be productive.
You don't need to perform.
This is your time to return to yourself,
To come back to your natural rhythm,
To the part of you that is steady,
Wise,
And whole.
Let your breath find its own pace.
There's no right way to breathe here.
Simply notice it and allow it to soften you.
If thoughts arise,
That's okay.
We're not trying to silence the mind.
We're gently creating space around it.
With each exhale,
Imagine releasing something you've been carrying,
Even just a little.
You are safe in this moment.
You are supported.
You are welcome here.
And when you're ready,
We'll begin.
Now gently bring your attention back to your breath.
Notice the slow rhythm of each inhale and each exhale.
With every breath out,
Allow your body to soften a little more,
As though you're melting into the space around you.
Let your shoulders relax,
Your jaw unclench,
Your belly soften.
There's nothing you need to hold right now.
Begin to imagine that with each breath,
You are being gently guided into a place of deep safety and restoration.
A space created just for you.
In your mind's eye,
Picture yourself stepping into a serene,
Open room filled with soft morning light.
The light is warm and gentle,
Filtering in like the first glow of dawn.
Notice the tall white marble columns around you,
Inspired by ancient Vedic architecture.
Each one is intricately carved with sacred patterns and symbols,
Holding centuries of wisdom and intention.
The floor beneath you is smooth,
Polished marble,
Reflecting subtle golden hues.
It feels cool,
Steady,
And grounding beneath your feet.
At the center of the space is a low platform with two refined cushions,
Delicately embroidered,
Inviting you to rest,
To sit,
To be held,
To simply be.
Nearby,
You notice small water basins,
Each holding floating light pink lotus flowers.
They move gently with the air,
Radiating softness,
Grace,
And divine feminine energy.
The space feels alive,
Yet peaceful.
As you look beyond the room,
You notice that it opens into a lush,
Natural landscape.
There is gentle mist in the distance,
Soft greenery,
Fresh air flowing freely through the space.
A few green plants are placed nearby,
Bringing life and grounding into the sanctuary.
You may notice a white dove gliding softly through the air,
Symbolizing peace,
Clarity,
And renewal.
Everything here feels intentional,
Balanced,
Harmonious.
This is your inner sanctuary.
A place you can return to whenever you need rest,
Guidance,
Or reassurance.
Now imagine yourself gently walking towards the cushions.
Take your time.
There is no rush here.
As you sit down,
Feel how supported you are.
The platform beneath you is steady.
The cushions are soft.
The space is holding you.
Take a slow breath in,
And a long breath out.
Allow this space to receive you.
Here,
You don't have to explain yourself.
You don't have to be strong.
You don't have to have everything figured out.
You are welcome exactly as you are.
Begin to notice how your body feels in this place.
Perhaps lighter,
More open,
More at ease.
Let any remaining tensions melt away.
With each exhale,
Imagine releasing something you've been carrying.
A worry,
A self-doubt,
An expectation,
A pressure.
Let it dissolve into the air around you.
This sanctuary knows how to hold it.
You are safe here.
Now gently place one hand on your heart and one on your belly.
Feel your breath move beneath your palms,
Reminding you that you are alive,
That you are present,
That you are enough.
In this space,
Quietly remind yourself,
I am allowed to move at my own pace.
I am allowed to rest.
I am allowed to soften.
I trust my rhythm.
Let these words settle into your body like gentle seeds of self-trust.
Notice the light around you again,
How it moves,
How it reflects,
How it warms the space.
Feel yourself becoming part of it,
Connected,
Whole,
Grounded.
Spend a few quiet moments here,
Resting,
Breathing.
If thoughts arise,
Let them drift past like mist in the distance.
You can always return to this place.
It lives within you,
And it will always be here when you need it.
Begin to gently bring your awareness back to your body.
Notice the surface beneath you,
The rhythm of your breath.
Wiggle your fingers and toes softly.
Take one final slow breath in,
And a long,
Easy breath out.
Carry this sense of calm with you into the rest of your day or evening.
Return to it whenever you need.
Thank yourself for taking this time,
For choosing presence,
For choosing gentleness.
The light in me honors the light in you.
Namaste.
