Find a comfortable position.
You can sit or lay down a position that allows and promotes relaxation.
Allow yourself to settle and relax here.
We'll take a deep,
Slow,
Cleansing inhalation and a long,
Smooth exhalation.
Scan your body for any tension,
Any areas that are holding and allow yourself to let go.
If you are comfortable with closing your eyes at this time,
You may do so.
If you wish,
You can allow your eyes to remain open.
If your eyes are open,
Allow your gaze to soften and find a focal point.
Take two cleansing breaths here,
Focusing on a long,
Smooth breath.
Now we bring our attention to our heart center.
In your heart center,
Feel love growing,
Radiating,
Allowing yourself to think thoughts of love and gratitude and appreciation for creation.
Extend these loving thoughts now out to the universe.
We can send these thoughts to any of our loved ones that have passed on.
Let love radiate up and out.
Loving thoughts and gratitude and appreciation for these loved ones that were in your life.
Take three breaths here,

Extend your love to the world.
Let your love radiate and spread to every corner of the earth.
Love for every nation,
Race and creed.
Love spreading to every place that needs healing and to those that are struggling.

Let your love extend out and up to the air and the stratosphere.
Let it ripple over tree,
Forest,
Hill,
Bale,
Mountains,
Over coast and shores.
Let it spread everywhere to all people and all living things.
