Summary: This guided meditation helps you connect with your intuition and receive guidance. It starts by guiding you to take deep breaths and scan your body for areas of tension. As you relax, you may begin to feel a sensation of floating and enter a room where you meet the Highest version of yourself - that which is connected to the Source and your intuition. You can ask this version of yourself any questions you may have and invite it to co-create with you. Let's get started.

Make sure you are in a comfortable position in a safe space where you won't be interrupted during this time we have together.

You can be lying down or sitting in a relaxed position.

Let's start by taking a few deep breaths.

Deep breath in,

Noisy exhale.

That's right.

Sigh it all out.

Do that one more time.

Deep breath in,

Sigh it all out.

Now begin a gentle scan of your body,

Looking for any areas of tension and as you find those areas,

Perhaps in your brow or your jaw,

I invite you to find more comfort,

More relaxation,

Making any adjustments that you might need to find and as you scan your body across your shoulders down into your heart space,

You begin to feel a sensation of relaxation and comfort.

You feel warm,

You feel held,

You feel safe and as this comfort only continues to grow,

You begin to feel a sensation of floating.

Floating in that warm,

Safe cocoon that is enveloping you and as you float,

You feel a slight sensation of movement,

Moving through time,

Moving through space and you find yourself arriving at a door.

This door is unique to you and you begin to notice the details of this door,

What it is made of,

Where it stands,

Does it stand alone or in a field or is it set into a wall?

As you contemplate this door,

It swings open,

You are the key to its unique lock and you float through the door eager to see what is on the other side.

You notice the room of spirits,

People looking at you expectantly.

When you go into the room,

You realize there is already someone inside,

They turn to you and you realize it's like looking in a mirror,

You are looking at yourself,

At a perfectly imperfect version of you and if you're ready,

I invite you to extend an invitation to that version of yourself,

To the highest version of you,

The guardian of your intuition.

If you'd like,

You can ask it any specific questions you may have or you can simply ask it to work with you,

To be a co-creator in your life.

Take this time to receive any messages your intuition may have for you right now.

Know that you can always come back here.

You know the way now,

This path is always open to you,

The door will always open for you and your intuition and the highest version of you is always ready,

Waiting and willing to work with you,

Support you and be your guide.

Take a moment to feel gratitude for this connection with your intuition,

Knowing that you can always come back here,

There is no sorrow around leaving,

So you wave goodbye to this new found partner and friend and begin to float again,

Taking the time to process and integrate any answers or guidance you may have received,

You float backwards through the door and begin the journey back to yourself,

To the conscious part of you,

That can put into action the guidance you've received and as you begin to reintegrate back into your body,

You know that you have connected with the truth inside of you,

Something you can trust completely as it comes from within you,

From the highest part of you and as you begin to reconnect with your body,

You may start to wiggle your toes and your fingers,

Take a deep breath in,

Hold it,

That's right,

One deep breath in,

Bringing a little bit more movement into your body now,

Perhaps stretching if that feels good to you and when you're ready,

I encourage you to flutter your eyes open and grab your journal and write down what your intuition has shared with you,

What are the truths,

Your truths that have been revealed to you here now,
