Welcome to your guided meditation to soothe anxiety and support your emotions.

If you're able and it feels supportive for you,

I invite you to settle in and close your eyes.

Let's start with two deep breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth.

In through the nose,

Sigh it all out.

I really want you to make some noise on the second one.

Try and settle in.

In through the nose and sigh it out.

Taking a moment to just notice what is present for you right now.

All thoughts,

All feelings are welcome.

Just notice.

Notice how fast your thoughts might be spinning.

Maybe taking an internal scan of your body to see where you might be holding tension or tightness.

And if you're ready and it feels comfortable for you,

Try to find a little bit more comfort and a little bit more ease in your body.

This is your space to name what you feel and notice it without judging.

It is safe to notice your emotions.

And it is safe to sit with them in this container.

Let's take one more deep breath in.

Sigh it out.

And as you notice your thoughts still continuing to come and go.

I'd like you to imagine yourself taking a step back from those thoughts.

They can still happen.

They'll still be present.

But see if you can gain some space around your thoughts.

See if you can notice that you are the observer of your thoughts.

Can you find some space to get curious about your thoughts?

Perhaps questioning if they're even true.

Or where they came from.

And how they are or aren't serving you.

There's no judgment here.

Just curiosity in your search for your own truth.

It is safe for you to question your thoughts.

And leave the ones that no longer serve you behind.

This space that you've created between the true core of your being and your thoughts.

Allows you to feel protected.

You find that there's a greater sense of comfort.

Available to you and your body.

As you gently increase the distance between yourself.

And your mind.

From this protected,

Calmer space.

If it feels good for you.

I invite you to re-scan your body.

And notice what's present for you now.

And just like you found the space.

And the ability to notice your thoughts.

You can notice what you're feeling.

All feelings are welcome.

Your feelings just need to be recognized.

And allowed to find completion.

Give your feelings this space now.

Spending a moment in gratitude.

For even the tiniest bit of spaciousness.

You've been able to create here today.

Around your thoughts and feelings.

The sense of settling.

That you feel in your nervous system now is available to you.

Anytime you need it.

Stability is available inside you.

Acknowledging that your mind still probably feels busy.

And your emotions still probably feel tender.

Just let them be.

Stay here as long as you can.

If you feel like you've gained some perspective.

And your meditation here is complete.

I invite you to bring a little bit of movement into your fingers and toes.

And your awareness back to the space that you're in.

One more deep breath in.

Close out our meditation here.

In through the nose.

And out through the mouth.

Great job today.
