I'm a bit on the fence between the 4 and 5 star rating, but have chosen the five stars. The audio was excellent overall. However, two things stand out for me.

1) If there is true subliminal messaging, as is stated in the recording, I would like a transcript of the subliminal messages used so I can ensure they are compatible with me and my present journey. While I am fully aware that anything not aligned with my highest good will be ignored (more or less), the very act of "ignoring" utilizes mental resources that could be devoted to more productive activities.
Though it does function in a similar way to hypnosis in that a person cannot be hypnotized against their will (I am a graduate level psychology/mental health professional with some experience with clinical hypnotherapy), I also know that repeated exposure to subliminal messaging can "soften up" the mind and shift the degree of agreement over time. Not always a bad thing, of course, when carefully selected, but going in blind (i.e., without knowing the contents of the subliminal messaging) is not something I generally like to do.
I was, fortunately, able to pick up on some, if not most, of the messaging, catching a few words or the gist of the statement. Seemed okay to me, but I would still like the printed text, perhaps placed in the written track description or on a referenced hosting webpage for those interested.
2) I felt there was too much instruction on the front end before moving into the main body of the practice. It wasn't as problematic for me as it has been in other recordings I've attended to over the years, since I heard actual content in the background underneath the instruction here. The "3-D" reverberation of selected initial words was a trifle disconcerting, though.

That said, the mantras in general were fairly standard and positive. Speaking voice was pleasant and the pacing was good. Backing music appropriate and well-suited to the vocals (I spent years as an audio engineer before moving into disability services). Overall production values were/are quite high, which I found impressive in such a complex and multi-layered track as this.

I am bookmarking this for potential further listening. My main concern is lack of knowledge of what the subliminal messaging is. If that is clarified/published, or if I determine I am personally comfortable with what I did detect of the messaging, I will definitely retain this for repeated use. It's an excellent track overall, even if it's quite possibly not quite what some folks might be used to. 😊 (I did listen with earbuds, which I highly recommend as well in recordings like this one.)
