Fantastic and relaxing.

I enjoyed this practice and the unique style. My only thought is that it took me a bit to realize it ended Because it felt abrupt.

A well-produced practice that encourages a quiet mind and acknowledgement of your own existence. Interesting music to propel the energy of the practice and interplay of audio techniques to add dimension to the recording. An abrupt ending but otherwise an engaging practice with colorful poetry and introspection.
