Imagine a golden white light being poured from a large jug just above your head.
This jug represents universal love,
Compassion and healing.
It's a jug that can never be emptied.
The more it shares its contents,
The more it overflows.
The light falls slowly from the jug and begins to coat the top of your head.
And gently rolls down the back of your head and onto your face.
It's a wonderful sensation.
So warm and kind.
There's a gentle tingling as it slowly envelops your head.
Try to feel this as well as see it.
You can see and feel the light gently coating your neck and shoulders.
It's not just making its way down on the outside.
You can also feel its warmth and beauty on the inside.
It softly caresses the brain.
And as a result,
The billions of neurons that are continuously firing,
Conversing and connecting are all resonating at the same frequency,
Which feels divine.
This golden white light is cleansing and clearing all negativity and tension from within.
It leaves no corner untouched.
Your brain feels warm and is gently throbbing,
Which feels blissful.
Enjoy this feeling.
The light continues its journey down into your arms,
Hands,
Right to the very ends of your fingers.
Imagine all the tension and stress in your life falling away as this magical light coats your body externally and internally.
The beautiful tingling sensation continues.
You feel at ease,
Relaxed.
Your arms,
Hands and fingers are now completely filled with light.
You can see it.
You can feel it.
The light continues its journey,
Making its way down your back,
Through your chest,
Into your stomach,
Easing away any discomforts and anxiety along the way.
There's an overwhelming sense of peace and relaxation rising up from within you.
There are no words for this feeling.
Allow yourself just to be.
You are completely immersed in peace and love.
The golden white light moves through your hips and groin,
Slowly making its way into your thighs.
That wonderful sense of peace and relief continues as the light makes its way towards your knees.
All your internal organs and systems are coated with the light to such an extent that your body now feels translucent.
The heaviness of matter and the physical form is no more,
Because everything is light.
You can feel this,
As well as see it.
It's a strange feeling,

You feel so deeply connected to your body,

It's magical.
The light continues moving through your calves,
Stroking your cells,
Tissues,
Muscles,
Joints and ligaments.
And as it caresses all these parts,
The translucent feeling increases,
And all you can see is light.
This feeling extends all the way to your feet and toes.
You can feel it and see it clearly in your mind's eye.
Just stay in this space for a while.
That's it.
Your whole body is now filled with light.
It's such a wonderful experience.
In this moment you have no care in the world.
There is nothing more important than this feeling you are experiencing right now.
This is bliss.
A joy and contentment that is difficult to define.
Stay wrapped in this feeling of peace and relaxation for a while.
You are now in this feeling of peace and relaxation for a while.

You now have this mesmerizing sense of being not only connected with your body,
But deeply connected with your environment.
You are full of peace,
Love and well-being.
And you see the light that you have gratefully received continuing to be poured just above your head and making its way from head to toe.
