Hi,
I'm Rachel.
This is a Raychel vibe,
And today I'm going to introduce you to one of my favorite styles of meditation,
Deep listening.
By actively focusing our awareness and attention on the sounds all around us.
We're more able to tune into ourselves.
And develop a connection to our environment.
And the people and beings we interact with every day.
So all you have to do is take a seat,
Close your eyes.
Take a deep breath in.
Sigh it out.
And focus your attention.
Listening.
First choosing just one sound to focus on.
Whether it's the breeze.
The chimes.
With your own breath or somebody talking.
Paying attention to the tone.
The texture.
The rhythm of the sound.
And then moving your attention to another one.
And get curious.
Pretend as if you've never heard this sound before.
You're visiting from another planet.
You It's just a vibrational tone.
Moving to another sound.
Letting it come in and out of your awareness without holding on to it.
Without resisting.
Don't resist.
Listen.
Thank you.
And then we'll hold layers of sound.
Holding the symphony of the world.
As sounds and vibrations.
And we'll finish by refocusing our attention on our breath.
This is a practice that's available to you.
Anytime,
Anywhere,
Which is one of the reasons I love it so much.
The more you do it,
The more profound it feels.
So I highly recommend you continue deep listening.
And check out more of my sound healing and music meditation.
Thanks so much for joining.
