Meditation and Prayer for Lucid Dream

This is a ritual with a meditation and a prayer to induce lucid dream and trigger broader lucidity in our lives. This meditation gathers number of techniques mainly borrowed from Tibetan Dream Yoga, but brought back into current landmarks of occidental spirituality. The end of the meditation is signaled by a conclusive chord. This meditation is intended to be repeated, results will come from a regular practice.

I am going to beg you to please make another one but longer...I have never heard anything like this! It is haunting and calming at the same time. I could feel it inside my body. The sounds were escaping it was like I was under hypnosis. Your voice matched the frequency —it just took my soul away, far away to a beautiful world that I did not know yet at the same time it felt strangely familiar.
