Welcome to this guided meditation to relax your mind and body.
This is a heart chakra meditation,
An opportunity to connect deeper within your own self and to quiet the mind's chatter.
Go ahead and take a deep breath in through the nose,
Breathing in,
Breathing in,
Breathing in and out through your mouth.
Imagine the wind blowing through you like you're at the beach.
You can almost feel the wind against your cheek and go ahead and breathe in that oxygen in through your nose and out through your mouth,
Letting go of anything you no longer need.
Imagine you're walking on this path on the beach.
You feel the soft sand beneath your feet,
The warmth of the sand,
The sun against your face and breathe into your heart,
Allowing your heart to open and expand.
You look up into the big sky and you see the most beautiful sunset.
The sky is filled with painted colors of lavender,
Purples,
Pink,
Orange.
It's like the sky has created a symphony,
An orchestra.
You feel connected.
Allow yourself to feel and experience a connection with yourself by letting go even more of your mind,
Letting the thoughts wander and drift into the stillness.
Drop down into the stillness.
Imagine a raindrop from the sky dropping down,
Landing against your cheek and you relax and let go.
Maybe you almost feel like you melt into the beautiful colors of the sky because you feel so light and you just let go of the cares of the world.
Imagine your heart is like a flower and your heart begins to bloom and open like a flower.
Breathe into your heart space in through your nose and out through your mouth and feel yourself lying on the sand connected to the earth being filled with life force and allow every muscle in your body to relax,
Relaxing the forehead,
Relaxing the jaw,
Relaxing the cheeks,
Letting go,
Relaxing your neck and your shoulders drop down,
Your mid back,
Upper back,
And even lower back,
Relaxing your lower back,
Relaxing the thighs,
The buttocks,
Knees,
Calves,
Relax your ankles,
Relaxing the feet and the toes,
And by just letting go into the stillness,
Allow yourself to experience being filled with the life force,
This love from the universe by simply letting go of anything that gets in the way of it.
Imagine your body filled with light.
You choose the color and maybe you gently sit up from lying on the beach and now sit up and feel your feet connected to the earth,
Maybe the bottoms of your feet begin to vibrate,
Feeling the connection to the earth,
That still but subtle buzzing resonance from the earth,
And imagine your body filled with light and the top of your head,
Imagine an opening above the top of your head filled with light,
Feeling connected and open by just letting go,
And you notice your mind gets very still and it's easy to let go and breathe into your heart by breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth,
So relaxed.
Take all the time you need in this quiet meditation,
