Join me for a guided meditation to relax the mind,

Body,

And spirit.

Go ahead and take a deep breath in through the nose,

Breathing in,

Breathing in,

Breathing in.

Hold it,

And out through your mouth.

Taking another deep breath in through your nose,

Breathing in,

Breathing in,

Breathing in,

And out through your mouth.

Imagine now that there's this beautiful pool of water,

And it goes through your mind,

Washing away anything you no longer need.

Cleansing and clearing and clearing and cleansing.

Allow the mind to grow quieter by just focusing on your breath and letting go.

Relaxing the forehead,

Relaxing the cheek,

Relaxing the jaw,

Relaxing the neck.

Go ahead and relax the shoulders.

Relaxing the upper back,

Mid-back,

Lower back.

Relaxing the thighs,

Letting go around the knees,

Relaxing the calves,

Relaxing the ankles,

Relaxing the feet.

And go ahead and take another deep breath in through the nose,

Breathing in,

Breathing in,

Breathing in,

And out.

Anything you no longer need through the mouth.

And imagine this healing water,

This translucent,

Crystallized water of the perfect temperature moving through the top of your head,

Down through your neck.

Relaxing the muscles around your shoulders,

Through your back,

Through your thighs,

Relaxing even more,

Calves,

Ankles,

At your own pace,

Feet.

Imagine you're out in nature.

Maybe you're leaning against a tree.

You choose and notice the beauty and maybe even the quiet sense of just being in tune with yourself and connected to nature as one,

Looking up into the big,

Beautiful sky.

Imagine a sunset.

The clouds are pink and purple.

You notice how big an expanse of the sky is and you breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth.

And maybe you even experience a deeper sense of expansion within yourself.

Take a moment in silence to let go even more.

And imagine you're walking in nature until you come across a beautiful pool of water and it's translucent,

Beautiful,

Crystallized water,

The perfect temperature.

And you step inside the water,

Your feet and ankles,

And you feel a healing sensation with this water as it cleanses your feet.

And notice as the water rises up through your calves,

Knees,

Thighs at your own pace,

Allow the water to go as high up as that is comfortable for you.

The water rises through your thighs and waist,

Stomach,

Chest,

Shoulders,

Neck.

And maybe the water just peers up against your cheek.

And then notice as the water starts to drain down into the earth,

Cleansing you of anything you no longer need as the water drops lower.

Until it goes back into the soil and you find your feet firmly planted on the earth,

The soil beneath your feet slightly cold.

And you look up in the sky and the sun shines down through you.

And you look up into the sky,

Feeling the rays of the sun shining through your mind,

Quieting the mind as you're getting nourished from the sun.

Your eyes are closed and relaxed.

And you feel this calm warmth throughout your entire body.

Allow that to happen.

And imagine there's this beautiful flower within your heart.

And as the sun shines down through your heart,

Notice your heart opens more.

The flower blooms from the nourishment of the sun as you breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth.

You notice it starts to rain slightly.

And the rain too nourishes you at all levels,

Cleansing and clearing and clearing and cleansing.

And just notice as your heart is getting nourished from the water.

Imagine this flower blooming in your heart,

Relaxing the shoulders and allowing your heart to open.

Letting go,

Letting go,

Letting go of anything you no longer need.

And maybe you notice your mind growing quieter as you feel this interconnection within yourself.

Breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth.

And I'm going to guide you now to awaken.

And if you choose to continue meditating after this guided meditation is over,

Please do so.

Go ahead and notice the weight of your body.

Notice your feet.

Go ahead and open your eyes.

Just notice the colors around you.

Maybe you notice the colors are more vibrant.

A feeling of calm and well-being throughout your entire body.

Allow yourself to experience being more present throughout your days.
