This meditation gently introduces you to the technique of Frontal-Occipital Holding, a well-known method in kinesiology. By placing one hand on your forehead and the other on the back of your head, specific energy zones of the brain are engaged, circulation is stimulated, and a sense of inner calm is supported. In this way, you can consciously release your worries and feel greater lightness and balance within.

Hello,

I am glad you are here.

I have something for you,

For you in this world out there.

I know that many things may be on your mind right now.

Thoughts,

Worries,

Concerns.

Take a deep breath in and out.

And once more,

Breathe in and out.

Already your mind begins to calm.

Now place your left hand on your forehead and your right hand on the back of your head.

You may notice your worries growing a little weaker,

Becoming calmer.

Maybe not completely,

Maybe it takes a little while,

That's fine.

You can repeat this,

Renew it.

Now bring to mind something that really worries you.

Perhaps an image,

A feeling,

A thought.

Yes,

That's it.

And now let this image,

This thought,

This feeling flow into your hands,

Only into your hands.

Perhaps part of it flows into your left hand on your forehead and part into your right hand at the back of your head.

Yes,

A little more.

Let it completely flow out.

And when you feel that your worries are now in your left hand and your right hand,

Then release your hands from forehead and back of head.

Stretch them up to the sky and let the worries flow out through your fingertips.

Imagine little clouds of energy,

Fine little smoke like whisks,

Rising into the sky.

That's good,

Don't worry.

The cosmos will lovingly receive them and transform them.

And when you feel everything has truly flowed out,

Place your left hand again on your forehead,

Your right hand on the back of your head.

And check once more.

If you sense there's still a little left,

Repeat it.

Let it flow into your hands again,

Perhaps just a small remainder.

And now raise your hands once more to the sky and let it flow out through your fingertips.

Yes,

That's good.

Now everything is gone.

And finally,

Once again,

Place your left hand on your forehead and your right hand on the back of your head.

Take one deep conscious breath in and out.

Feel how you are becoming more centered,

More balanced.

You can hold this for a little while longer if you like.

For now,

I take my leave and I wish you a wonderful day and a beautiful week in everything you do.
