Welcome to this Summer Solstice Leather Guided Meditation,
Connect with Archangel Uriel for Wisdom,
Light and Abundance,

As always,
Please make sure you are going to be somewhere you won't be disturbed.
All mobile devices are switched off and you have the most perfect opportunity to sit or lie down,
Not doing anything,
Just taking the time to listen and follow this guided meditation.
Make yourself nice and comfortable,
Relax,
And close your eyes,
And as you do so,
Take a deep breath in,
And on the out-breath,
Just release everything that doesn't need to be in this space.
Take another deep breath in,
And on the out-breath,
Just release what doesn't need to be here.
And allow your breathing to fall into its natural rhythm,
Every in-breath relaxing you more and more,
And every out-breath,
Just releasing what doesn't need to be here.
And as your breathing falls into its natural rhythm,
Just think about relaxing your body,
Think about relaxing your whole body,
From the top of your head to the tips of your toes,
All the way down your arms to your fingertips.
But when you think about relaxing,
So you will relax,
Give yourself permission,
And allow yourself to relax.
And just seefully imagine or know a beautiful golden light around you,
A beautiful golden light of peace and relaxation.
And just allow this beautiful golden light to move into your aura,
The energy around you,
And now just allow this beautiful golden and relaxing energy to move into your physical body,
Filling your whole body with that beautiful golden and relaxing light.
And you feel so wonderful and relaxed,
And now just take your awareness to the top of your head,
Just see,
Feel,
Imagine or know the top of your head starting to relax.
Allow your head to start to relax,
And as you do,
Feel that relaxation move down into your forehead,
Down into your temples,
Down into your eyes,
Down into your ears,
As that relaxation moves down to your nose,
Into your cheeks,
Your mouth,
Your jaw just feeling so relaxed,
And allow this relaxation to move down into your neck,
Relaxing all your neck muscles,
Moving all the way down into your shoulders,
As you feel your shoulders start to relax,
It's as if they're being bathed in beautiful warm sunshine,
The warmth just massaging your shoulders,
It's so relaxing,
And this relaxation now moves down into your arms,
All the way down your arms to your hands and your fingers,
And just allow this relaxation to now move into your upper body,
As you feel your chest muscles start to relax,
All your stomach muscles relax,
The whole of your back start to relax,
All the muscles in your back just relaxing,
And you feel your spine relaxing,
Vertebrae by vertebrae by vertebrae,
As this relaxation moves down into your hips,
Your pelvis,
Your buttocks sinking you deeper down where you are sitting or lying,
And allow this relaxation to move down your legs,
All the way down your legs to your feet and your toes,
And your whole body is just so relaxed,
I want you now to again engage your imagination,
And see,
Feel,
Imagine or know a beautiful staircase,
With 10 wide safe comfortable steps,
Leading down to a beautiful door,
And in a moment you're going to walk down these steps from 10 to 1,
Each descending number relaxing you more and more,
So ready now,
Let's start walking down the stairs 10,
Going deeper down the stairs 9,
Deeper down the stairs 8,
Deeper down the stairs 7,
More and more relaxed,
Deeper down the stairs 6,
Going deeper down the stairs 5,
Deeper down the stairs 4,
Feeling so relaxed,
Deeper down the stairs 3,
Deeper down the stairs 2,
All the way down the stairs 1,
And you take a step off that bottom step,
And stand in front of your door,
And I'd like you now to open that door,
And as the door opens you step through,
And find yourself at the bottom of a sacred hill,
The air is still and filled with the quiet energy of anticipation,
Up in the sky the stars shimmer,
And the moon casts a silver glow over the landscape,
Lighting a path that winds up towards the majestic oak tree,
Standing proudly at the top of the hill,
With a golden light of fire next to it,
And you start walking up the hill,
And as you go up the hill you feel the warmth of the earth beneath your feet,
And the soft whispers of the night breeze,
Guiding you forward,
The sky begins to lighten,
And a sense of anticipation builds with each step,
Further and further up the hill,
And as you reach the top of the hill,
You see the majestic oak tree standing strong,
And you feel its ancient energy grounding you deeply in this sacred space,
There is a great bonfire beside it burning brightly,
Casting a warm glow over the gathered ancestors,
Spirit guides,
And angelic beings who have come to celebrate the summer solstice with you,
Their presence is welcoming,
Familiar,
And filled with love,
Get a sense of who they are,
And then beyond the firelight,
A golden radiance begins to shine,
Not from the flames,
But from a luminous figure standing beside the oak,
This is Archangel Uriel,
His presence glowing with the brilliance of the rising sun,
He radiates wisdom,
Transformation,
And divine illumination,
His robe shimmers with fire and gold,
And in his eyes you see the ancient light of the stars,
He smiles as you approach,
And you feel seen,
Guided,
And completely safe in his presence,
Welcome child of the light,
This is a night of power,
A night of abundance,
A night to embrace all that you are becoming,
He gestures towards the bonfire,
Its flames dancing like golden waves of energy,
And invites you to sit before it,
This fire is a mirror of your own divine flame,
It holds the wisdom of all that has passed,
And the energy of all that is yet to come,
You take a deep breath,
Feeling the fire's warmth on your skin,
Watching as the flames shift and swirl,
Revealing the things you are ready to release,
Old patterns,
Fears,
Limitations,
Give them to the fire,
Archangel Uriel whispers,
Let them be transformed into light,
So you may rise unburdened into the fullness of your being,
And as you focus on the flames,
You send everything you no longer need into the fire,
Watching as it burns away,
Clearing space for new beginnings,
And I'll leave you for a few moments,
Sending everything you no longer need into the fire,
To clear that space for new beginnings as the old burns away,
And as you send the final things you no longer need into the fire,
The fire burns brighter than ever before,
The first golden rays of the sun begin to come over the horizon,
The light of the longest day washes over you,
Filling you with clarity,
Purpose and divine energy,
Archangel Uriel steps forward,
Holding out his hands,
And from them flows a shimmering stream of golden light,
He offers it to you,
And as you accept it,
You feel your entire being,
Filling with power,
Wisdom and radiant confidence,
The sun shines brightest within you,
You are the light,
You are the fire,
You are the creator of your destiny,
Let this light guide you,
Fuel you,
Inspire you,
And I'll leave you for a moment or two,
To see,
Feel and embrace the abundance and joy you are stepping into,
Don't overthink what it can be,
Just allow,
As the sun fully rises,
The fire settles,
Leaving behind only warmth and embers,
The world around you is alive with energy,
Possibility and new beginnings,
Archangel Uriel places his hand over your heart,
Sealing in the blessing of the solstice,
The gift of illumination,
Wisdom and boundless energy,
Go forward with joy,
Your path is clear,
Your heart is strong and the light of the sun will guide you always,
With a deep sense of peace,
Empowerment and gratitude,
You thank Archangel Uriel,
As you rise and begin your journey back down the hill,
The warmth of the risen sun on your skin,
The light of Archangel Uriel within you,
You know that this moment of abundance,
Wisdom and renewal will stay with you,
Guiding you forward and before you know it,
You have reached back to your door,
You now can open your door and step back through it to the bottom of your stairs in a moment you are going to walk back up the stairs,
Each ascending number from 1 to 10,
Bringing you back to the present,
To the here and now so let's start walking up the stairs 1,
Coming further up the stairs 2,
Further up the stairs 3,
Remembering your whole journey,
Further up the stairs 4,
Coming further up the stairs 5,
Further up the stairs 6,
Bringing back all that abundance,
Wisdom and renewal further up the stairs 7,
Coming further up the stairs 8,
Knowing you are going to have a wonderful rest of the day,
A beautiful night's sleep all the way up the stairs 9,
10,
Back into the present,
To the here and now,
Wiggle your fingers and toes,
Stretch and move your body,
Make sure you are fully back,
Fully present open your eyes and if you've got some water with you,
