So if you want to just close your eyes and take a deep breath in,
Just exhale it out.
One more deep breath in,
Filling up with light,
Warm,
Loving energy.
Just exhale,
Letting the easiness of the exhale take over.
With every inhale,
Allow that light to grow more and more,
Expanding throughout your body.
The exhales begin to release that which doesn't serve you,
Sending roots into the ground,
And sending those blocks down into the earth.
And as you begin to inhale now,
Imagine that you're taking in the healing energies of the earth,
And with each exhale,
Continue to send your roots deeper and deeper.
And as you sit here,
Connecting with your breath,
Go ahead and start to think through things that you would like to take away from the session,
An intention you'd like to set,
Whatever feels right for you.
And now think of three things that you are grateful for today.
Notice how those feel in your heart,
That warm,
Loving energy.
Go ahead and just make a mental note of that feeling.
Take a deep breath in and sigh it out.
When you're ready,
You can blink your eyes open.
