Hey guys,
Thank you so much for joining me today for this heart expanding meditation.
So go ahead and get yourself into a comfortable position.
You can be seated or lying down,
Whatever works best for you.
And go ahead,
Close your eyes and start to slow your breathing,
Deepening your breath.
Just allow these breaths to grow longer and longer and slower and slower.
The deep inhale,
Filling yourself up with the light and a deep exhale,
Releasing that which does not serve you.
With each inhale,
Allow that light to fill you up more and more.
And as you exhale,
Allow those things that don't serve you to flow away.
With your inhale,
Allow that white light to fill you up all the way.
Pushing through any blockages you may feel,
Rooting out anything that doesn't seem to feel right.
And exhaling it out,
Giving it up to pancha mama.
And just allow,
Allow anything you're thinking and feeling to come and to go.
You don't need to attach meaning to any of this.
Just allow it to float as you allow this energy from the universe to fill you up with every in-breath and to allow those things that you wish to release to flow away from you with every exhale.
As you become more and more relaxed,
Imagine this white light starting to beam out of your heart space and to surround your body,
Wrapping it,
Fluttering around it,
However you want to choose to visualize it.
Imagine it washing you in its loving,
Warm,
Stable and safe energy.
Feel the warmth and the love radiating from it.
That is your power coming from your heart center.
Allow it to grow more and more.
Now with every breath out,
Maybe you imagine this light expanding from your heart space,
Further and further until it envelops the room that you're in.
And then maybe it begins to encompass your entire apartment space.
Allow this light to grow larger and larger,
Extending from you as far as you can possibly imagine,
Sweeping everything in its path with the warm,
Abundant love that you are creating and radiating from your heart space.
And with every inhale you take now,
Imagine this love coming back to you.
So every exhale,
You're pushing more and more love into the universe.
And with every inhale,
You bring an equal amount of love back to yourself.
Keep imagining this warmth and abundance of love flowing in and out of you with every breath.
Allowing it to permeate your being,
Your understanding of your relation to all others on this planet,
Using this love to connect you to every other living thing.
And as you become more comfortable with this inhalation and exhalation of love,
Begin to let this loving energy has picked you up and is carrying you through your imagination,
Where every person you love and are thankful for is on that path.
And as you see them and as you begin your journey,
Thank them as you pass them,
Giving them a reason why they're important to you,
Why you love them,
Why you are thankful for them and why you cherish your relationship with them.
And then continue on to the next person that you have in your life that you love.
And just allow any thoughts and feelings to come up,
Allow them to sit there and allow them to pass.
Take your time interacting with those that you love.
Feel the warmth and your heart growing with more and more love and understanding with each person you meet.
And allow that extra energy to go out to the world on your exhales and allow it to come back to you on your inhales.
Continue exploring,
Continue expressing.
There is no right or wrong emotion here.
There is no right or wrong person to visit here.
It is what you cherish most,
How you connect and how you love.
As you complete your journey,
Visiting with all of those wonderful,
Wonderful people in your life that hold space for you and love you.
Begin to take back to your breath,
Watching your inhales and your exhales,
Breathing your way back into your body,
Filling up with that white light and exhaling any of the negatives,
Anything that doesn't serve you,
Anything that does not help you towards your higher purpose.
Allow it to flow away now.
As you inhale this last time,
Take a very deep breath in.
On your exhale,
Sigh it out,
Making any noises that you need to.
And slowly start to wiggle your toes and your fingers and allow those movements to grow and grow until you are comfortable sitting up.
