Welcome to today's meditation.
Today we'll create a strong yet gentle shield to protect your energy throughout the day.
So choose a place to sit comfortably and place your hands on your heart.
Breathe in deeply and exhale fully.
Feel yourself begin to relax from your head,
Slowly to your feet.
You're going to begin visualizing a glowing light at the center of your chest.
So really where your hands are on your heart,
Right under there,
You will visualize a glowing light and this light represents your inner power.
Continue to breathe in deeply and exhale fully.
And every time you inhale,
This light grows brighter.
You inhale from the universe and your light gets bigger.
Continue to breathe.
Continue to breathe deeply.
See this light expanding outward,
Forming a protective sphere around your whole body.
You are basically now in a bubble of light.
This light can be any color that feels safe to you.
Some people choose violet or white or gold.
The color doesn't matter as long as it's soft and that you feel safe.
This shield,
This bubble that is now around you,
Is permeable to love,
To joy,
And positivity.
And it will naturally deflect negativity,
Stress,
And anything that doesn't serve you.
It keeps the good in and everything that is bad just bounces right off of it before it can reach you.
Breathe in and whisper to yourself,
Only love enters.
Only love leaves.
Only love enters.
Only love leaves.
Imagine yourself moving through your day with this bubble shield that no one sees.
It's your own personal power shield.
And you walk alone and you get coffee,
You go for a walk,
You go to work,
You drive in traffic.
You interact with others.
And notice how protected and peaceful you feel.
Any negativity or toxicity will simply bounce off of this bubble before it can reach you.
And every wonderful thing that is meant for you will easily get through.
Continue to notice how protected and peaceful you feel as you imagine yourself living out a typical day.
You can also visualize small mirrors all along the outside of your bubble.
These mirrors are facing outwards and what they do is gently reflect back any energy that is not yours.
So a person or a situation will see themselves in these mirrors before they get a chance to try to harm you.
Take a deep breath in.
And exhale.
Feel both the strength and the gentleness of your boundary shield.
It is both in equal measure.
Take one more deep breath.
And say to yourself,
I am safe.
I am protected.
I am whole.
I am safe.
I am protected.
I am whole.
And when you're ready,
You can gently return to your body and to your day.
