Rachel Hanrahan is a senior yoga teacher and meditation guide with over two decades of teaching experience. She is a certified trauma-informed yoga teacher and an iRest Yoga Nidra meditation teacher, offering mindfulness practices that support nervous system regulation, emotional resilience, and deep rest. iRest Yoga Nidra is a research-based practice shown to reduce symptoms associated with anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress, chronic pain, and recovery from chemical dependency. Thank you. It was long time ago that a yoga nidra brought me into that state of being. To start with the mouth was new and brought me straight to awareness of my body. The repetition from the sentense was calming and also was your voice and subtile sound on the background. I feel refreshed and whole.🙏
