A meditation for wellness.

You'll begin by finding a seat or lie down.

Closing the eyes,

Softening the breath at the belly.

We will use the Maha Murtunjuna mantra from the Rig Vedas.

This mantra is to be used to increase the nourishment of our spiritual core,

Releasing us from any dis-ease and liberating us into wellness.

You will repeat this mantra silently after me,

Or if you prefer,

Speak it into existence.

Take a deep breath in and out.

Om Triyambakam Yajamahay Sugandhm Pustivardhanam Erva Rukamiva Bandhanan Murchyor Mukshya Mamritat One more time.

Om Triyambakam Yajamahay Sugandhm Pushti Vardhanam Erva Rukamiva Bandhanan Murchyor Muksha Mamritat Continue to breathe and for the last recitation I will say it fully.

Om Triyambakam Yajamahay Sugandhm Pushti Vardhanam Erva Rukamiva Bandhanam Murchyor Muksha Mamritat Continue to breathe.

Feeling an increase of nourishment to all of your cells.
