With the support of the Earth and the flow of water, you have the opportunity to release what is ready to shift and open to what wants to grow. As part of this journey, you’ll be guided through five reflective journal prompts to help you listen inward and explore the rhythms of your own becoming. Transcript

With the change of seasons comes a liminal space,

A threshold and an opportunity to transform on another level.

Sometimes that transformation looks like rest.

Other times it might feel like play,

Or even a mix of both.

Allow yourself to feel exactly as you do in this moment.

Welcome all of it,

Your thoughts,

Feelings and sensations.

Let yourself be guided by this meditation,

And afterwards,

Take time to reflect with five journal prompts.

Close your eyes and take a slow breath in,

And a soft breath out.

Feel the support of the earth beneath you,

Steady and holding,

As you arrive fully in this moment.

With each inhale,

Invite all parts of you to return to this moment.

With each exhale,

Release what you no longer need.

In your mind's eye,

Imagine being outdoors at the edge of a great body of water,

Perhaps an ocean,

A river,

Or a quiet lake.

Notice the air around you,

The light on the surface,

And the scent of the water.

Let its presence steady your whole body.

See this water in your mind's eye,

Shifting and flowing through the land.

With each breath,

Feel its calm strength filling you.

With each release,

Let it carry away what is ready to dissolve.

Bring your awareness to your heart.

Sense the rhythm of your heartbeat joining the rhythm of the water.

Feel the current of life moving through your body.

Rest here,

Knowing change and renewal flow through you,

Just as they flow through the seasons of the earth.

When you are ready,

Open your eyes and begin writing with this first prompt.
