Welcome to this Angel Yoga Nidra.
Settle yourself into your Nidra Nest.
Shape your space so it feels supportive and steady,
Whether that's with pillows or a blanket.
Allow your body to be received by the surface beneath you.
The earth is holding you.
You might let your eyes gently close or simply soften your gaze.
Whatever feels safe and supportive for you right now.
There's nothing to fix or change.
All of you is invited here.
Sense the room around you.
Notice the quiet.
Notice the subtle sounds.
And give yourself a slow breath.
There is nowhere else to be,
Nothing to accomplish.
This is a space of sacred rest.
If it feels right for you,
Begin to invite in angels of your choosing.
You may sense them as messengers.
As guardians.
As stewards of compassion.
As a loving presence.
There is no need to picture anything clearly.
Simply allow the possibility that you are surrounded by angelic support.
Sensing.
Angels from the east.
Bringing fresh breath and quiet inspiration.
Angels from the south.
Offering warmth and steady vitality.
Angels from the west.
Holding space for release and emotional tenderness.
Angels from the north.
Anchoring protection and deep stability.
You are surrounded,
Held in a field of loving awareness.
These angels are guardians.
Silent witnesses.
Keepers of dream space.
Midwives of rest.
Let yourself soften as you feel the angelic energy.
Breathe in healing golden light through your lips.
Notice how your lips feel as you inhale and exhale.
Now we begin the journey through a rotation of consciousness within the body.
If it feels supportive,
Allow your awareness to touch each part of your body.
Or sense an angel bringing you comfort in that spot with golden light.
If any area feels uncomfortable to visit,
You're welcome to skip it or remain with a part that feels safe or neutral.

Bring awareness to your natural breath.
Breath moving in.
Breath moving out.
Each inhale like a message arriving.
Each exhale like a blessing returning.
Breath as messenger between worlds.
Between seen and unseen.
You are breathing.
You are supported.
Focus on the space between your eyebrows.
From your forehead and third eye,
Allow your imagination to work however it chooses.
With sounds,
Images,
Emotions,
Or sensations.
Sense yourself resting in a meadow at night.
The sky is deep and vast.
The darkness feels nurturing.
Stars twinkling above.
Cool air around you.
At the edges of the meadow,
Angels stand watch.
They honor your rest.
The earth beneath you is steady.
The night is kind.
You are safe to soften.
Supported by invisible systems of love.
Allow yourself to rest in this meadow.
Held by angels.
Held by the living field of compassion.
Feel the sense of being supported.
If thoughts or emotions arise,
They are witnessed gently.
Simply rest.
If you would like,
You may find an angel to have a conversation with and ask them what they would like to share.
Or you may simply listen to the silent night.
Resting in the wisdom of stillness.
Rest here.
When you are ready,
Thank the angels who have stood watch.
Thank the loving presence that surrounds you.
Thank the invisible support that moves through your life.
Begin to deepen your breath softly.
Sense the surface beneath you again.
Invite your awareness back toward the physical world.
Notice the sounds in the space where you are.
Sense your body resting here.
Held and supported by the earth beneath you.
Notice the sensations present on your skin.
The weight of your limbs.
The gentle rhythm of breath moving through your chest.
In and out.
In and out through your nose or mouth.
Feel the contact points where your body meets the surface.
Perhaps sense the temperature of the air.
The subtle sounds around you.
The texture beneath your fingertips.
If it feels comfortable,
Begin to wiggle your fingers and toes or roll over onto one side.
Move at your own pace and listen to what your body needs.
Allow your eyes to softly open or keep them gently closed a little longer.
The practice of yoga nidra is now complete.
You are supported.
You are loved.
You are held.
Thank you for being here.
