Transcript

Taking a comfortable position,

Either cross legged with a straight spine or lying on your back in shavasana.

We'll begin with a big inhale.

Filling up the belly,

Filling up the ribs and filling up the chest.

And a full exhale,

Drawing the navel to the spine,

Emptying the lungs.

We'll begin with a scan of your body.

Starting at the top of your head,

Slowly scan down your body,

Noticing any areas of tension,

Tightness or pain.

You don't need to do anything,

You don't need to change it.

Just notice it's there and then continue on,

Scanning,

Observing,

Finding all these areas of pain,

Tension and tightness.

Paying special attention to areas like your neck,

Your temples,

Your shoulders.

Feeling right down into your hips,

All these places we hold extra tension.

Now bringing your awareness to the very centre of your chest,

Right in the middle of your heart space.

There's a bright white light shining there.

Bring your full awareness to the very centre of this bright white light in your heart.

Notice the strength of its luminosity,

Notice how it radiates out in front of you,

Out on either side of your ribcage and how it shines out behind you.

In the very centre of this heart light there's a switch.

When you turn this switch on it activates a magnet within your heart space.

Now however your switch works,

Whether it's through intention,

Just telling it you're ready or if you have to push a big button in the centre of your heart,

However you choose to activate this magnet,

Do so now.

And as you turn this magnet on in your heart space,

Notice how it radiates magnetic strength as strong as the light in your heart,

You now have a magnetic field.

And as strong as this magnetic field is,

It's also kind.

It exists right there in the centre of your chest for no reason other than to help you.

So we're going to work with it now.

Coming back to these areas of tension,

Tightness and pain that you identified within your body.

Feel back into them.

Now begin to allow the strength of the magnetic field radiating from your heart space to pull on these areas of pain.

Notice how it starts to encourage them to wriggle free.

The power of this magnet in the centre of your heart draws towards it all this tension,

All this tightness,

All this pain that you've stored within your body.

Allow the magnet to draw them to it.

Just let them go.

You might find they go easily,

They've been waiting for permission to move.

You might find they're resistant,

They're holding on.

For these areas that don't want to move,

Breathe into them.

Take a big inhale and send that breath right into these spots to help them to free.

You might start to notice that as these points begin to wriggle free,

They bring with them emotions.

As they dislodge themselves from these hiding spaces within you,

They might unleash sadness,

Anger,

Fear.

Just notice any emotion that arises.

Feel into it without attaching yourself to it,

Without trying to figure out its source,

Without judgement.

Just honour its presence and then let it move through you as it wants to do.

Along with the pull of your heart magnet,

Combined with your breath,

Ease into these spots.

Let them free.

Breathing,

Pulling,

Encouraging and sending intention.

Letting them know it's safe to move and that you're ready to let them go.

Feel your heart magnet drawing these pain points towards it.

And as it gathers up all this tension,

Tightness,

Pain,

It creates a dense,

Solid ball right in the middle of your heart.

Feel the density of this ball forming in your heart,

Building up of all this energy you've been storing that's been hidden away in your body.

Feel it now.

Feel its heaviness.

Feel its weight.

Found it within your heart space.

It gets denser and heavier with all the new energy being drawn to it.

When this ball that now exists within your heart centre has gathered up all this energy from around your body,

Bring your full awareness to it.

Hold space for it within your heart.

Taking a big breath in and as you exhale,

Begin to send gratitude,

Love,

Positivity and joy directly into the very centre of this ball in your chest.

Building up all your gratitude,

Every ounce of joy that exists within you,

Every ounce of love,

Every single drop of positivity.

Draw it into your centre and send it right into the middle of this dense ball of energy.

The high vibrations of these feelings can easily make their way to the centre of this ball.

Keep on sending them.

Feeling right into every happy memory you have,

All the love you hold within you,

Sending it right to the very core of all the energy that no longer serves you.

And on the count of three,

We're going to explode this ball of dense energy using all the positivity and love and joy and gratitude that's now in the very centre of it.

Inhale three,

Two,

One.

That ball,

Shatter it into a million pieces and as every single tiny little shard,

Every globlet of unused energy breaks through your skin and meets the air outside you,

It turns into light.

Taking a big inhale and on your exhale,

Moving into this new space that now exists in the middle of your heart.

The bright white light is still there,

Shining as intensely as ever.

Beware you had a dense ball of energy that no longer serves you just a few moments ago.

You now have new space and it's filled with joy,

Gratitude,

Positivity and love.

You can continue to send positive energies there,

Filling up this new space within you,

Creating a sanctuary that you can come to at any time.

And know,

Any time you notice you're carrying around tension,

Pain and tightness,

You are empowered to move it out.

You don't need to carry it with you.

Acknowledge it,

Honour it but let it move through you and out into light.

Bringing your awareness back to your breath,

Notice the rise and fall of your belly and the rise and fall of your chest.

Take one last inhale and hold your breath here.

While you hold your breath,

Allow one thing that you're grateful for to come to mind.

Not overthinking it,

Just let it rise to the surface.

Once you have this one thing you're grateful for,

Let the breath go and send that gratitude directly to the centre of your heart space,

Adding one last drop of positivity.

If you're ready to come back to the room,

There's absolutely no rush.

In your own time,

Begin to blink open your eyes,

Coming back to the space around you,

Noticing the new lightness you now have within you.

So once there was density,

You now have space filled with light.
