Rachael is a spiritual director and retreat facilitator with her roots in the Christian contemplative tradition, who loves to hold space for people to connect with their deep and true selves, and with the gift and mystery of the present moment, where connection with the Divine is to be found. She hopes that her meditations will nurture the possibility of growing into a compassionate acceptance of reality, including of ourselves just as we are, and a deeper awareness of being part of a Greater Whole in which we are intrinsically valuable and unconditionally loved by the Ground of our Being.
