Just to find something that feels most comfortable for you now.
Whenever you feel ready,
I will invite you to gently close your eyes as this is the space for you to connect with your inner world,
To connect with your heart and soul and to allow this sacred quiet space for you to receive and release what you need for your highest good.
And we will begin by taking some deeper and slower breaths,
You can inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth and by doing this,
You're bringing your energy more into your body,
Moving it from the head where it is usually on our day-to-day basis and inviting it to find its natural flow throughout the whole body.
And I invite you to become more of the observer,
Just noticing any thoughts,
Any emotions,
Any sensations in the body and welcoming them all.
Here there's no right or wrong,
It is exactly as it needs to be and by welcoming it with love,
You are allowing it all to relax and by continuing to bring your focus to your breath and these sounds,
You are allowing it all to align,
You're allowing the intelligence of your bodies to do their thing.
So we're also letting go gently of whatever came before this moment,
Whatever might be coming after and just becoming fully present so we can open the gifts,
The presence of this moment.
We're also calling in all our energy to come into its center from any places,
Any relationships,
Any projects,
Coming back to us,
To our center and the heart.
And you can see,
Sense or imagine how from this center point,
There's a golden sphere now growing,
Becoming bigger and slowly becoming so big that it surrounds your whole body.
You can make it as big as it feels good.
This is your energy field and only what is for your highest good is allowed here and everything else can already gently start being released,
Easily floating away.
Everything that is not yours is going back to where it belongs,
Going to the earth to transmute or going into the source of the highest light.
Maybe you can already notice how your energy has shifted a bit since the beginning because with our intentions,
With our focus,
With our presence,
We are working with our energy.
And now bringing our focus back into the heart and starting to work even more with this energy by seeing,
Sensing,
Imagining how it's starting to move downwards.
So with your next exhale,
We're going to invite this energy to move into the top of your belly,
Into the solar plexus,
This energy center of the color yellow and the place where you can awaken more of your inner will and inner power.
And just by taking a breath here,
It's already coming into its harmony.
And as this continues,
We're going to now move the energy into the lower belly,
Into the sacral chakra,
The center of our sexual energy,
Of our creative potential,
And also a place where there's a lot of wisdom,
The feminine wisdom of our womb,
But also a place where we store a lot of our pain and emotions.
So just take a breath here in this orange center and feel how just with this awareness,
This intention,
The orange is becoming more brighter,
Key,
And it's feeling better and better as it continues coming into its harmony.
And as this continues,
This process,
With your next exhale,
You can move the energy into your pelvic floor,
Into the first chakra,
The root chakra,
Into this red potent center,
And a place where we can remember and awaken more of that stability,
Feelings of safety and security,
Feeling grounded.
And this center,
When it is open,
This chakra,
It can receive the energy from Mother Earth.
So we're going to create this connection now or strengthen it by continuing to move this energy through our legs,
Passing the knees,
Passing the ankles,
Moving into the bottom of our feet and these minor chakras where it continues moving down,
Leaving the limitations of our physical body or what we perceive as so,
Because we are so much more and our energy is so much bigger than what we see.
And we're allowing these energetic roots to now go deeper and deeper into the earth.
So as you're rooting deeper,
Passing all these different layers,
You're easily reaching the heart of Mother Earth,
The heart of our beautiful planet,
Fully anchoring in her heart.
And as you do so,
Maybe you can already feel her loving energy,
Her unconditional support,
The true mother that knows you so well and that is so proud of you for doing this human journey at this very potent time as you're evolving with her and going through all of these ups and downs that are just reminding you of more of who you are,
Giving you opportunities to practice how it feels and looks to be in your love,
To be in your feminine energy,
To be in your creativity,
Your playfulness,
To be in your worth,
Knowing deeply how beautiful and special you are in all the ways and how powerful you are,
What a powerful creator you are,
And how this power with this love and with this playfulness is what you are here to embody.
Remembering that you are exactly where you need to be right now for this journey to unfold for your highest good.
And Mother Earth is also a powerful transmuter of energy.
Anything you give to her is like a fertilizer and she can help bring it into blossoming,
Giving it back to you in its highest form.
So we're gonna ask for her support here and at the altar of her heart.
Let go of any baggage you have been carrying,

But now we can go deeper to see those beliefs and talk to them and tell them,
Oh actually,
You know what,
I don't want to believe that anymore,
I'm ready to actually live a playful life and choose what I love and do what I love and receive money and abundance in all the ways,
Not just money,
Abundance of health,
Abundance of opportunities,
Abundance of beautiful connection and beautiful people around me,
Abundance of what I love,
And that abundance is always here,
The only thing is to open to receive it,
To remember that you are worthy to receive it,
And as you feel this,
You can feel this golden light from your heart,

You are a divine being,

What beautiful energy you can allow to come through you,
And from your heart it's going into all the areas,
Any areas that felt uncomfortable or blocked,
It's flowing there and it's reminding that space,
You are also divine,

You already are,
You're just learning to see it and allow it,
All that you want is already here,
It's already in you,
We're just shedding layers to allow it to shine,
We're just cleaning that diamond that is already there,
And as these diamonds start shining,
Diamond in each chakra,
They create such a powerful field around you and they start clearing everything in your life,
Because without you doing anything but just resonating this,
Only what is in resonance with that will be in that space,
So any relationships that are not truly good for you,
And you know they're not good for you,
They're just gonna leave,
As well as any old projects,
And ah,
This is the uncomfortable part for the key human,
Because it's a lot of change,
But when you remember that this change is what you truly desire,
And that on the other end of these attachments that are being let go of,
It's more magic,
It's more of what you really want,
Then you understand that,
Okay,
I'll just shake this out,
And this shaking may be just a bit like,
Ah,
And it can happen actually easier than you think,
Easier than your mind can perceive,
Because mine is so limited,
So then we're turning back to that trust so so so again,
Receiving this beautiful energy from your crown chakra all the way down as this divine water that purifies everything,
And what is released goes out through your feet and into the earth as easily as that and just taking some time here to gently integrate and start making any moves that feel good now,
Gently stretching as you're coming back into this physical body as we're grounding all these energies into the earth maybe making a yawn deep breath so and in your own time,
