This is a good start for someone who's never meditated before. I recommend taking several mindful minutes a day to begin with and then extend the time frame as you develop your practice. One small step at a time and you'll get there. This is for you if you need to (re)start your practice or if you don't have much time. There are no excuses - everybody's got a minute to be present. I would recommend this to everyone really, to take just a few minutes a day to just be present and breathe.
