Welcome to your mindfulness minute.
Get comfortable,
Sit up straight,
Take a nice deep breath in and breathing out.
When the bell starts our minute begins and I'll guide you through this mindfulness minute.
And make sure you focus on only the present moment and nothing else.
When you hear the bell again it will be the end of your mindfulness minute.
So let's get started.
Take a deep breath again.
Breathing out.
Close your eyes.
Eyes focused on the point between the eyebrows.
Gently rolled up 45 degrees.
Breathe deeply.
Follow the breath from the nostrils all the way down to your lungs.
Notice your body move as you breathe gently.
You're not forcing anything.
You simply allowing the gentle,
Quiet and natural breath to come in.
Allow the breath to flow.
And just follow the breath for just one minute.
It is the simplest way to bring your mind into the present moment and to allow yourself to be completely focused and present in the now and not in the future or the past.
Take a deep breath in.
Breathing out.
And you're done.
