This is Maya from Inspired Life and I would like to welcome you to today's meditation.

Make yourself comfortable and make sure not to be disturbed in the following minutes.

We are going to start with a few deep breaths.

Take a nice deep inhale,

Keeping your shoulders relaxed.

Hold and exhale through the mouth fully.

Breathing in deeply one more time,

Expanding the belly as you do.

Hold and breathing out.

Let's do one more.

Inhale deeply and fully.

Hold and exhale.

Center your attention in your heart.

And observe your breath.

Your attention is only on the breath.

Whatever is going on around you,

Observe with gentle kindness.

Whatever thoughts are on your mind,

Observe with gentle kindness.

And in this moment,

Choose to just be,

Breathe and treat yourself with kindness.

Ask yourself this question in this moment.

How can I nourish myself today?

How can I feel more peaceful and notice what comes up?

Observe and let go.

Let go of any ideas that you might have.

Don't try to control this experience.

Just allow the insights to come to you.

And stay with your breath.

Today I choose to honor myself.

To honor my soul,

My mind,

My body and my heart.

I choose to treat myself with the same kindness I treat others.

Today I choose to remain in my heart.

Today I give myself permission to just be.

And breathe.

Stay with your breath for a few more moments and I will notify you when it's time to come back.

Let go of any thoughts that you might have.
