Sit in a comfortable position with your spine straight,
Close your eyes,
Gently gaze up to the point between the eyebrows,
Take a nice deep breath in and breathe out.
Relax and enjoy these next few minutes as we set our intentions for the day.
I will say some affirmations,
So let them sink in.
If it feels right,
You can repeat them in your mind to affirm and plant those seeds of positive intentions.
Today I choose to be happy.
Today I choose to feel positive.
Today I choose to believe in miracles.
Today I choose to see opportunities everywhere.
Today I say yes to life.
Today I choose to see good in everyone.
Today I choose kindness.
Today I choose to follow my heart.
Today is going to be a wonderful day.
Take a nice deep breath in and as you exhale,
Come to the center in your heart and think of at least one thing you are grateful for today.
Grateful to be alive,
Grateful for your health,
Grateful for your loved ones.
Choose something today to be grateful for.
The more you practice gratitude,
The more blessings you can invite in your life.
