Today's Consideration: Share Your Blessings

Today's Considerations are short observations about who God is and who we are in God. These observations are meant to weaken, hopefully, our conscious (and unconscious) habits that separate us from God and bring to awareness the characteristics that keep us in alignment with God.

Today's consideration. When we seek to do the will of God, He blesses abundantly. But what we do with those blessings can strengthen or damage our relationship with God. Do not hoard your blessings. They are not just meant for you, Though you may gain the initial benefits. As you are blessed, Seek to give to others in some capacity. Whether it's a tithe and offering, Supporting a local charity, Or buying lunch for a depressed friend, We are responsible for giving as God gave to us. As we do these things, We demonstrate the glory of God. And when people ask why we do what we do, We have an opportunity, Nay an obligation, To share God's truth.
