Be Still is a poem to rest your mind. Many of us forget what it's like to stop and do nothing. We are always on the go. So sit or lie down, close your eyes, relax and press play and enjoy BEING STILL for a few minutes in your day.

Transcript

Be still sometimes.

Make sure you protect your time.

Don't rush through life.

Just be still once in a while.

Don't be afraid to go inside.

Your mind needs some rest.

We don't always have to feel our best.

This life comes with the highs and the lows.

That's just how it goes.

We all signed up for it and we just gotta get through it.

There's no straight road to happiness.

It's full of winding lanes,

And I guess that's what keeps us on our toes.

It's never boring,

To say the least.

So let's savour this life like a king's feast.

Laugh,

Cry,

Both are needed,

But be still sometimes.

Be still.

Don't be afraid to be still sometimes.

Be still.

Be still sometimes.

Be still.

Be still sometimes.

Just be still once in a while.

Be still.

Be still sometimes.

Be still.

This helped me allowing being with myself instead of "escaping" my fear.
