Hello and welcome to Shavayatra Meditation.

Shavayatra Meditation is the 61 light points of your body.

This meditation will let you relax and calm down,

Pointing the focus of your beautiful 61 light points.

You will be a soul of light at the end of this meditation.

So take your time because you deserve it.

Take your time for this relaxing meditation.

So just listen and follow my voice.

Decide to sit in a comfortable place,

Silent place or just lying down.

So take everything is necessary to unwind and relax.

Take your time to find the rest and to feel comfortable.

Start to listen to your breath.

And listen how your breath is starting the trip with you and being the only presence in this moment.

Start to inhale gently and to exhale everything you don't need.

Take another deep long inhale and release your inhale and all the body tensions.

Take your time again to inhale smoothly,

Gently and relaxing breath out.

And now be aware of your body and all the contact points with the ground supporting you,

With the chair supporting you.

So be in contact with these points of your body that are touching behind the floor.

Be aware of all the points that are touching the ground,

The back of your feet,

The glutes,

The shoulders,

The back of your arms,

The back of your hands.

And now perceive the palm of your hands and feel if there is warm tingling energy and feel the breath inside the palms of your hand.

The prana energy goes through your palms.

Listen to your body.

Listen how the body is softer now from your head till the toes.

And pay attention on how you are breathing.

Inhale from the nostrils,

Make the air come in,

Make the relaxer surround the inside of your body and cultivate the feel of breathing inside of you.

And then exhale and relax your muscle and everything that you know don't need in this moment.

Bring attention to the sound around you.

Your ears are experiencing the perception of the external sounds around you.

Just for a second.

And now listen inside your body,

Inside of you to listen the inner sound of your breath.

Your breath is starting to become calmer,

Relaxed and all your body inhale and exhale.

Feel a long,

Deep sense of calm and relaxation in all your body who needs a rest.

Bring attention to the spot between the eyebrows and there start to visualize a light point like stars,

White stars,

Like an energy point.

Inhale and exhale starting from this light point between the eyebrows.

Bring awareness to the center of your throat.

And from the center of your throat the light you see makes bring attention to the left shoulders and the light and the energy inside the left shoulders.

And from the left shoulders go to your elbow,

Your wrist and the point of your first finger,

The second finger,

The third left finger,

The third finger and the fifth finger.

And then go back to your wrist,

The elbow,

The left shoulder and the center of your throat.

All are point of light.

And from the center of your throat go down to your right shoulder.

The inside of your right shoulder is a point of light.

Your elbow,

Your right elbow is a point of light.

Your twist,

Your first right finger,

Your second finger,

Your third finger,

Your fourth finger,

Your fifth right finger.

And go back to your right wrist,

To the elbow,

To the right shoulder and your throat center.

From your throat center the white light stars go down inside your heart.

Bring attention to your heart,

To your energetic heart in the center of your chest.

Here in the center of your chest you can visualize a strong point of light,

An energy that inside your heart bring energy in all your body,

In all your muscle,

Thanks to the breathing expanding inside and outside your body.

Be aware of the right side of your chest,

Of your chest center.

Be aware of the right side of your,

Of the left side of your chest and of your heart center.

Gently inhale from the heart and exhale coming down and bringing the attention to the belly.

Here in the center of the belly you are visualizing a beautiful white light spreading energy from the belly to the sacral bone and then from the sacral bone you perceive the presence of your right hip.

See the light inside the right of your hip,

The right hip inside with a strong light.

Follow your attention down to the leg,

Up to the feet and then to the first right toe,

To the second toe,

To the third toe,

To the third toe,

To the fifth toe and go back to all your right feet,

To your right knee and your right leg and go back with the attention and awareness to the right hip.

From the right hip go back to the center of your pelvic area,

Your belly.

Give attention to the left hip,

To the inner side of your left hip illuminated by this white light and other light points.

And then go back to your left leg,

Left knee,

The feet,

The left first toe,

The second toe,

The third toe,

The fifth toe and be aware to go back to your feet,

Your knee,

Your left knee,

The inside of your left knee,

Your leg,

Your left hip.

Go back to the belly,

The center of your belly brightening with this beautiful white light.

Go up,

Up to the center of your heart and then up till your throat and up till the center of your eyebrows,

Between the two eyes where the third eye,

The sixth chakra is being illuminated by these light points of energy,

Refreshing all your body,

All your mind.

Deeply breathe in this point,

In this infinitive space inside your head.

Inhale from the center of your eyebrows and exhale from your head,

From the top of your head.

Inhale from the hand and slowly exhale from the top of your head.

Inhale from the hands and exhale gently from the top of your head.

Inhale from your feet,

Exhale from your head.

Inhale from your pelvic area,

Bring up the breathing up your head and exhale from the top of your head.

And then inhale from the center of your chest,

From your heart and exhale from the top of your head,

Perceiving this light,

This energy,

Refreshing and healing your body.

And now try to inhale from your throat,

Gently slowly and exhale deeply up to the top of your head.

Inhale again from the center of your eyebrow and gently slowly,

Deeply exhale from the top of your head.

Inhale again from the eyebrows and gently exhale through the nostril.

The nostril breathing helps you to inhale again and exhale from the center of your head.

Inhale from the center of the eyebrow and exhale into your throat.

Now from your throat,

Inhale and exhale to the top of your head.

From your head,

Inhale and exhale from the chest.

Inhale from the chest and exhale from the top of your head.

Inhale from the top of your head and exhale from the belly.

And from the belly,

Inhale and exhale from the top of your body.

And then breathe in from the top of your body and breathe out from your knees.

And from your knees,

Breathe in and gently breathe out,

Relaxing everything up to the top of your head.

Inhale from the top of your head,

Exhale to the plants of your feet.

Inhale and perceive all the left side of your body relax.

Exhale from the right side of your body.

All the left side is relaxed,

All the right side is relaxed.

All body completely relaxed.
