Find a comfortable position,
Lie down or sit in a comfortable and silent place where you can meditate and you can take your pace to relax.
Take a long deep breath and relax on your muscles,
The body,
The part of your body you feel stressed.
And now inhale and exhale deeply,
Only for yourself.
Focus this breath,
This breathing for yourself only.
Again inhale and exhale deeply,
Imagining that other people are meditating with you,
Other people are relaxing and finding the right peace around you.
Visualize you,
Yourself and all the people meditating with you in a big light crystal ball.
Imagine you are in a crystal ball of light,
Of healing and protection.
And now again inhale and exhale deeply,
Longly.
Exhale with all the souls around you that in this moment are meditating and doing the practice of yoga.
Keep your eyes closed and imagine all the people sitting or lying down with eyes closed around you,
Around your city,
In your country,
Finding the comfort and the right peace and tranquility to relax.
Visualize the whole universe,
All human beings inhaling and exhaling with you,
All the people in the same moment doing practice and breathing as a big wave of peace and healing.
Like an energetic wave of breath connected with the entire universe.
Perceive that you are a part of this energetic universal wave,
A wave that can be breathing and that can be connection with your inner self and with the universe outside yourself.
The magic of meditation,
Of a universal meditation,
Many breathing,
Many breath outside and only one breathing inside of you.
You are connected with the universe outside you and you are connected with your inner love which embraces your inner peace.
Be your peace,
Be your interior serenity.
Hold the breath for a moment and perceive inside yourself and then release all the tension.
Inhale deeply,
Hold the breath for some second,
For a moment and exhale deeply,
And release all the stress,
All the tension.
Just one more time,
Inhale,
Hold the breath,
Not force yourself,
Hold the breath with tranquility,
And exhale,
Hold the tension,
Let it go,
What you don't need in this moment and feel yourself protected inside your world,
Inside your body.
Feel comfortable and visualize a place where you can be in peace and relaxed.
Feel yourself in this place,
In this safe place and observe what you are experiencing in this place.
It could be a field,
It could be a wide open space with green trees,
It could be the sea,
A green valley,
A building,
It could be a church,
A temple,
It could be an enchanted place,
A magical place,
It could be a safe place you dreamt of,
A place which gives you comfort,
Which makes you comfortable.
Find this place in yourself and with kindness go deeply with your universal breathing and let the body relax.
Live the experience of let it go,
Of let go all the tension,
Relax your feet,
Your calf,
Relax your knees,
Relax your legs,
Relax your low back,
Your middle back and the shoulders.
Just relax the low part of your abdomen,
Below the belly,
Soften your belly and the muscle of your chest.
Soften all your chest,
Relax the arms,
The neck,
Relax your tongue,
Your lips,
Relax all the muscles of your face and your eyes,
Soften,
Are living the experience of a deep relaxation,
Closed like a deep sleeping.
Soften your head,
Relax all the muscles,
Simply lie down,
Simply feel the comfort you are living now,
Still visualizing that comfortable place you are imagining,
The place who offers you and to you your senses the right peace to rejuvenate.
Observe this place inside of you and perceive good smells,
Perfume,
Light,
Perceive the sound of water,
Of birds of nature,
Perceive the sound of nature inside of you,
See the light inside of you in that place which is offering you the opportunity to relax deeply,
Be that place and live the experience of smiling in this place you are imagining,
You are visualizing now,
Feel the moment and the feeling of serenity that this place is offering you,
Om Namah Shivaya is the joy you are living right now and your will to let it go.
Om Namah Shivaya is this moment to feel yourself free,
To choose peace and joy.
Om Namah Shivaya is the courage to let it go deeply,
To abandon everything and connecting with your inner universe.
Om Namah Shivaya allows you to breathe and to experience the breath,
