Welcome to this guided meditation.
And now with the simplicity of this moment,

Just let go your whole body and abandon thoughts that are useless now.

You are abounding with light,

Find at your best the position that comforts you,
A posture that makes you feel good,
Peaceful and allows you for a complete surrender.
Feel like you are in a safety place of your own.

Separate your leg apart.
Drop your feet outward.
Let your hands down your body.
Slightly shift and turn your palms toward the ceiling in a surrendering pose.
And then softly expire and sigh.
Accompany the closing of your eyes,
Closing of your eyelids by leaving them soft with a desire to rest deeply.
You are beginning to breathe smoothly and put your presence and the consciousness in your breath.
Meditating is a simple act.
Just let go in the softness of your posture and observe what happens.
Listen if sounds outside the room could reach your ears without rationalizing what noises or sounds they are.
Listen to them.
And now return into the room and thanks to your presence in this moment and your closed eyes,
Perceive your body among the four walls in the room.
Feel your body lying down,
Abandoned with the desire to rest and go inside yourself smoothly,
Going into your inner depth by seeking the breath.
Imagine that each time you take a breath,
You go down,
Down,
Down,
A step by step to the bottom of a wide spiral staircase.
Inhale and exhale and go down another step,
Lower and lower.
Again,
Inhale and exhale and go down a step,
Lower and lower,
Down to the spiral staircase.
This crystal staircase lets you go down to the bottom of it,
Reaching the inner peace of yourself.
Feel the tranquility.
Continue with the exercise of inhaling and exhaling and going lower and lower into your depths.
Keep doing this for a few seconds in silence.
This meditation is followed by the breath that slowly becomes in your mind a way to be still and a way to stop thinking.
Everything turns into a gentle,
Relaxing flow,
A glowing flow with pixie dust and brilliant light like stars.
It can happen that in the moment of a peaceful relaxation,
Some tough,
Some mental solicitation,
Questions will arrive.
It is normal.
Accept them.
And the easiest thing for you is to let go this mental solicitation and go back to the gentle,
Comforting sound of your breathing.
Leave everything behind and let go.
Here and now,
Simply your lying body can let go of a pleasant and welcome this condition of stillness by doing your best on relaxing the body.
Don't ask too much to yourself.
Just trying to relax your feet,
The ankles,
Legs,
Right legs,
The left legs.
Try to soften and relax the pelvis,
Navel,
Abdomen,
Your back.
Also try to soften your chest and loosen your shoulders back by learning them against the floor.
Let go of the tension in your arms and loosen your palms,
Soften your fingers.
From your shoulders,
Feel your neck soften as well.
Feel your head on the ground resting nicely.
The whole body gains confidence in the floor,
Supporting it.
The body feels lighter and lighter,
Softer.
Now,
Gently continue the follow of your breathing as a flow,
Taking air to the nose,
Inhaling slowly to perceive the coolness coming in.
And again,
More slowly,
Longer,
Try to feel the warm air out as you exhale.
This steady rhythm of the breath finally regenerates your inner self as well.
Observe how you feel inside.
Highest tranquility,
New sensation,
Sound of the space of your heart,
The gentle resonance of the internal organs and your true serenity you have been carrying inside all along.
Accept this condition.
Enjoy.
The stillness.
Meditating requires nothing.
The meditation accompanies your body toward a deep relaxation and allows you to go deeper and deeper within yourself to listen all the beautiful sensations that occur without judgment in a complete,
Simple observation of what is meant to be.
And the beautiful and magical happening inside of you.
Bring your attention to your chest,
From the center of your heart,
From the space around your heart,
Visualizing a green light expanding into your ribs,
In the rib cage,
In the lungs,
Expanding through the cells and DNA.
The light from your heart conveys you tranquility,
Hope,
A positive message for your body and your soul.
Your inner gaze is focused more and more pleasantly toward this green light.
The light begins to spread everywhere without you.
Your breathing becomes slower and slower thanks to the help of your breath.
Your breathing becomes slower and slower thanks to the help of your position now.
Even more comfortable and pleasant.
The listening is happening unconditionally without you.
Allowing to release what is holding you down,
What does not allow you to fly and to forgive.
The green light,
The green also is the color of compassion,
Forgiveness,
Rebirth.
The light teaches you to be compassionate toward yourself and the others.
You are learning that you are your own best friend from the moment you are born.
