Hello old soul.
Today I'm going to be guiding you through a heart opening meditation.
This is a meditation that you can do any time of the day or night.
It's a simple practice that you can do on your own or with this recording as many times throughout the day.
We're going to be tapping into a space,
An energy or frequency of love,
Openness and connection.
It is from this space that you could engage in the most beautiful relationships.
Be gifted the most beautiful,
Inspired thoughts and ideas and live in states of bliss unimaginable.
So first,
Find your way to a comfortable seat or lie down.
Close your eyes.
We're going to take three breaths together.
Each breath allow to drop deeper into the root all the way through and down to your lower stomach and root.
Let's inhale.
Hold it and exhale and allow your awareness to drop all the way down.
Again inhale.
And exhale.
Last one together.
Inhale.
And exhale.
Now the first thing we're going to do,
We're going to bring our awareness to the lower half of our body if you're sitting down or the backside of your body if you're lying down.
You're simply going to notice the ground,
The chair,
The bed,
Whatever is supporting you at this moment.
Allow gravity to pull you farther and farther down and allow your awareness to feel the connection to the pull of the earth as we ground.
And here.
Allow having awareness on the ground connection.
Also bring awareness to your heart.
Just simply start to notice what happens as you bring this grounded,
Awake-aware energy to your heart.
Your reminder,
Your heart is three-dimensional,
To the front,
To the top,
The bottom,
And the back.
Allow your awareness to notice your entire heart.
And even as I name that,
See if something shifts.
Maybe all of a sudden you felt the back of your heart in a way that you never noticed before.
What's alive is bringing awareness to your heart.
Noticing any tingles or warmth.
Can you feel an opening,
A vibration?
Maybe there's a flow of energy beginning to go from your root to your heart.
Maybe a gentle smile even wants to come to your face as you bathe in this open,
Loving energy of your heart.
Just keep breathing.
And noticing your heart.
Some of you might even notice a slowing down of time,
Or a new level of peace entering your system.
Breathing and nourishing in your grounded heart space.
You may even feel like you can send love waves out the front,
The side,
And the back of your heart.
Really transforming your environment and the people in it.
If you could live from this place every moment of every day,
How would you show up in your life?
How would you show up for your kids,
Your wife,
Your husband,
Your parents,
Your friends,
Your coworkers?
If you allowed yourself to come from the vibration of the grounded heart,
You can replicate this practice as many times throughout your day as you can remember.
You can do it walking,
Driving,
Reading,
Working,
Or watching Netflix.
Any moment that you can remember to feel the ground and allow your awareness to just enter and observe your heart.
Use the shifts and sit in it.
I invite you to practice this as often as possible throughout the day.
