While we sleep, there is a part of that is not asleep, conscious. There is a way to engage this part and be moving spiritually all night long. It all comes down to that moment we fall asleep. If we fall asleep in an unconscious state, then whatever your mind produces will keep increasing while you sleep. If we fall asleep in a conscious state, by focusing on a question, an intention, a prayer in our heart, with a longing for higher truth, then this will keep increasing all night long. Your sleep will be deeper, more rejuvenating and in the morning you might receive exactly the information your soul needs to hear. Try it, give it a chance. It is a most powerful way to prepare for conscious sleep and be moving into the light all night long.
