Welcome to this guided meditation for support.

Take a moment to get comfortable.

You can lie down or you can stay seated.

Just choose a position that feels right for you.

Bring your awareness to your breath.

Without changing it,

Just begin to feel the gentle rise of your belly and chest as air flows into your body.

Notice the air encircling you.

This invisible force is always there,

Providing you your next breath.

You don't have to ask for it.

It's just there,

Ready and waiting to give you life.

But you cannot tangibly see it.

It surrounds you,

Supporting you with each inhale.

The universe sees you and cares for you in this same way.

You are constantly being supported.

Even when you cannot see it,

Life is working out for your highest good.

Your breath is a gentle reminder of the ways that the universe supports you.

It is always there to give you what you need.

Its loving embrace is forever beside you.

If you ever feel forgotten or unsupported,

Just take a deep breath in and feel the universe's constant support with each breath.

On every inhale,

Breathe in deeply and feel the support that is abundantly available to you and exhale gratitude.

You are here for a reason.

You are supported.

You are seen,

Cared for,

And you are on the right path.

On each inhale,

Breathe in this truth and exhale any doubt.

Take a deep breath in,

Filling your low belly,

Ribs,

And chest,

And open your mouth to exhale.

Release whatever your soul calls you to release.

Take another deep breath in with gratitude for the support that is always there and open your mouth to exhale.

Breathe in love,

Light,

And peace,

And exhale what you're ready to let go of.

Inhale love,

Light,

And calm,

And exhale what you need to.

Exhale stillness,

Light,

And peace,

And exhale softness.

Take a moment to tune into your heart.

Where do you need support in your life right now?

Allow your heart to speak.

Envision yourself receiving the support you need as your heart speaks.

Know that the support you envisioned is coming to you.

That support is on its way.

It might not be in the exact form you imagined,

But that support is traveling the fastest route to get to you.
