Breathe in feeling your breath in your body exhale feeling the breath as it emerges feel the sensations in your body as you breathe in and as you breathe out observe the sensations in your body intentionally imagine breathing in the word love breathe in the feeling of love as you breathe in the word love notice the love that you have felt in your life from others imagine the love surrounding you and breathe it in now imagine the love that you have felt for others flowing around you and going to them imagine the love and feel the feeling of love notice the cycle of love from them to you and from you to them breathe in the sensation of your breath breathe out and feel the sensation of your breath imagine what if your body was just like a tree imagine the tree and spread your arms and legs wide as you breathe in the oxygen of love and send out the oxygen of love breathe and feel that breath staying focused on that tiny sensation feel the way the energy of love is in perfect harmony in your heart as you send out love feel the love come back to you and allow it to rest in your heart breathe in and out focus your attention on the center of your body feel the weight of it and imagine the heaviest spot located just below your navel secure and weighted like the strong heavy rooting of a tree feel the weight feel how heavy and strong it feels like an anchor feel the energy that grounds through your feet pulling you into the ground breathe deeply as you bring in the energy and then allow it to flow down into that heavy secure weighted place down into the ground breathe in as you observe the sensations in your body feeling safe and secure strong and open lift your arms above your heart to say thank you for yourself your biggest treasure in life is you what you have is you allow the gratitude of having you light your energy like a candle breathe in the gratitude letting it wash through all the layers of sensations and thoughts feel the gentle tingling of being fully open and present to the abundance of life itself feel and observe the sunlight on the tree of your life feel the energy flow up from your feet feel how centered and strong you feel and then celebrate give yourself a hug for being you with your eyes still closed what kind of tree are you in this moment what can you observe about yourself if yourself was a tree breathe in the sensations stay in silence noticing the sensations of yourself as it nestles and resides in your body notice what it feels like in this moment to be you your unique self the feeling may differ tomorrow or day after let out a sound a yell a hum a cry or a shout to acknowledge how it feels right now and then let go of that feeling wiggle your fingers and toes take a big stretch roll your body and blink your eyes open moving your body in a way that feels right present with your sensation ready steady centered have a beautiful day my friend thank you
