Start with taking three deep breaths,

Exhaling and inhaling.

Letting go,

Inhaling.

Letting go,

Relaxing shoulders,

Inhaling.

Letting go with the sound.

Closing your eyes.

Feeling your breath moving.

Your inhale expanding.

Exhale contracting.

Feel your eyebrows relax.

Your jaws relax.

Your shoulders relax.

Your stomach relax.

Your back relax.

Being fully relaxed.

Being fully relaxed and open to all sensations,

Feelings,

Sounds,

Smells.

Being open to the experience of life as it's happening right now.

Knowing that this experience is happening within you.

Being your full reality right now.

Presenting itself as life is.

Being open,

Fully relaxed.

Being with what is.

You're now ready to meet your partner.

Open your eyes when you feel ready.

And look into the eyes of your loved one.

See whatever experiencing is arising in your body.

And without saying anything to your partner,

See if you internally can wish your partner something that you know that your partner needs.

You could wish your partner love or rest.

Or freedom or success.

Or happiness.

And also now receive this.

Now,

Together again,

Take three deep breaths.

Starting with an exhale.

Inhaling.

Letting go with the sound.

Letting go with the sound.

Inhaling.

Letting go with the sound.

Taking this time creates a stronger bond to your relationship and your partnership.

Opening up for wishes of well-being towards your partner and yourself.

Also extending to everybody that you're meeting.

As your relationship is growing and evolving,

You as people are also evolving and growing.

For every time that you come back to this meditation,

You feel that your experience of presence and ease and love towards each other is heightened.

And you're feeling joyous and ready to move on with your day.
