I'm so grateful you are here.
You can sit in a chair or lay down if you want.
Whatever feels most comfortable and relaxing for you.
Beginning your day being grateful,
Raises your vibration to that of nature and the universe.
It allows you to flow with life,
To attract positivity,
And even more things to be thankful for,
Flow effortlessly into your life.
Everyone has something to be thankful for.
It could be as simple as the soft pillow you slept on,
Your coffee,
The beautiful sunrise.
Go ahead and close your eyes if you haven't already done so.
Relax your shoulders.
Open your heart upwards.
Take a moment to notice your breath.
Notice the gentle rising and falling of your chest.
Think of one thing you are most thankful for in this moment.
Breathe deeply.
Feel your breath filling up your lungs.
Breathe into the center of your chest.
Imagine a soft glowing light.
Feel the soft light in your heart.
Imagine a soft glowing light filling you up with each breath.
It fills up your chest,
Moves up your neck,
Into your head,
Into your face.
Each new breath brings this light further into your body,
Into your shoulders,
Flowing into your arms,
Wrists,
Hands,
Shoulders,
Going into your belly,
Flowing into your hips,
Down your legs,
Down to your ankles and toes.
The warm glowing light is a light of gratitude.
It flows all throughout your body,
Bringing with it peace,
Bringing you joy.
Focus on what you are grateful for.
And breathe.
Breathe and feel so grateful.
Feel how this sense of gratitude resonates with your heart.
And breathe.
Imagine the light anchoring your feet and toes into the ground.
Feel the support and nourishment of the earth.
Give thanks to the earth for all that she gives you.
Breathe.
Notice how your body feels.
Breathing in and out.
Feel the flow of abundance and joy move through your body,
Through your soul,
Lighting you up.
And breathe.
Imagine this light of gratitude centering into your heart.
Become aware of your heartbeat.
Place your hands on your heart.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
As you feel your heartbeat,
You become one with the beat and with your breath.
Visualize and feel that same connection with the pulse of everything around you,
The universe.
Breathe deeply.
And allow yourself to feel this intense connection.
Breathe.
Breathe and flow with your breath.
Breathe.
Breathe and go with the flow.
Breathing and receiving love.
Breathing and sending out gratitude.
Breathing and receiving abundance.
Breathing and sending out love.
Breathing and receiving love.
Breathing and going with the flow.
Breathe.
Feel this natural flow.
Take a moment to thank yourself for being in the presence of gratitude.
Slowly bring your attention to your fingers and toes.
Bring your awareness back to the place where you are sitting or laying down.
Come back to the present,
Filled with love,
Gratitude,
And a feeling of connection.
Remember to be thankful each day and become aware of changes in your life.
You can come back to this meditation each day or whenever needed.
Slowly open your eyes.
Enjoy your day flowing with peace and gratitude.
